Denying responsibility for poor installtion
They had installed the grass in our garden 2 years ago and we have been getting annual service done as part of the policy. Last year I had raised the issue that the grass has become uneven in many places around the manholes - they sent their team to take a look who agreed that this is unusual and requires filling of material. Upon raising it with their team, they simply denied any responsibility for this installation even though it is covered under their warranty terms. They blamed it that the manholes haven't been closed properly, but the craters have formed in 6-8 places. Extremely poor service - never again!

We’re sorry to hear you're unhappy, but we feel it’s important to clarify the facts for the sake of transparency.
At the time of installation, your property was identified as having clay-based soil, which is known for natural ground movement. We addressed this by excavating deeper and using additional materials to provide a stable base — at your request and additional cost. However, as explained in our warranty terms, natural soil movement and changes caused by external factors are not covered.
We have clear evidence that the installation was completed to a high standard and the site was left in excellent condition. We also have reason to believe that additional work was carried out in your garden after our installation, which likely impacted the stability around the manhole covers and contributed to the current unevenness.
It is also worth noting that we completed your next-door neighbour’s garden at the same time, using the exact same materials, methods, and team. Their garden remains perfectly level and free of issues — confirming that the installation itself is not the problem, but rather changes specific to your property after the work was completed.
We always aim to deliver the highest quality service and support, but we must also stand by our warranty terms and the evidence available to us. While we respect your right to leave a review, we believe it's only fair that the full context is provided for potential customers reading this.
Best regards,
Imperial Grass Limited

Brilliant job done. I am so pleased with the service right from the moment I asked for a quotation, to the end result. The team were lovely and carried out the job to perfection. It is so clear the team take pride in their work.
They left the place spotless, washing all the areas down leaving no debris or dirt at all. I would absolutely recommend Imperial Grass Limited.

Imperial Grass is a fantastic choice
Best decision I made with choosing Imperial Grass to transform my garden with artifical grass & tiles. From the start Neeru was very attentive & she had no problem with me changing my design ideas & adjusting quotes accordingly.
On the day I was greeted by 3 smiling friendly faces of Jean, Alberth & Manuel. They explained what they were going to be doing & kept me updated with everything. It took 3 days & I was amazed at how hard they all worked to give me such an amazing garden.
Considering there was 10 huge bags of sand, cement, etc, removing soil & cutting tiles, my house was left so clean you would not of known they were here. Such a professional & friendly company, have recommended to family, friends & neighbours. Thank you for such a great experience.

Outstanding
This is the second time we've used Imperial Lawns, and once again, they've exceeded our expectations. Both our front and back gardens have been completely transformed, and the results are outstanding. The team was hardworking, professional, and completed the job to an excellent standard in a timely manner. The quality of the work, combined with the great value for money, makes Imperial Lawns an exceptional choice. We're absolutely delighted with the transformation and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

This company actually deserves 10…
This company actually deserves 10 stars! I cannot express how must stress I probably caused this company, I was so anxious and asked a million questions before I finally decided to go ahead. They answered all my questions so professionally and promptly, the customer service is absolutely incredible from start to finish. The process is seamless and I completely understand why they are rated so highly on trustpilot.
It is a family run business and the attention detail is exemplary. Roberto and his team were on time, made sure to look after my home whilst the works were being done and cleaned up afterwards. The work took no more than 4 hours as my garden isn’t large but they worked so efficiently as a team (it was quite impressive to see).
We have two dogs so opted for the canine grass and it drains very quickly, is super soft and looks amazing.
I have a few more gardening projects lined up and I have no doubt that this is the company to use.
If in doubt, WhatsApp them and book them in for a survey. You will not regret it!
Thank you so much!!

Fantastic product and great service
Fantastic product and great service. I was looking to replace real grass with pet friendly artificial grass.
I received a very comprehensive quote which had listed all materials required for installation followed by the price within 24hrs.
A site visit a couple of days later confirmed my requirements and he even brought a sample of the K9 grass to show me.
The grass was fitted a week later even during spells of heavy rain. Jean and Eduard did a great job and were polite and attentive.
Overall, the end result far surpassed my expectations and I highly recommend imperial Grass for price, professionalism, experience and highly quality service.
