The competition was great fun and well organised. Everyone really enjoyed it.

This was a pre-race practice session as it turned out. Being new to the whole thing, I hadn't appreciated this when I booked on the NSSA website because the race itself was a closed event. Anyway, it seemed very well organised. There were way more kids there than I’d anticipated and some queuing but it all ran smoothly. If I was being picky, I’d have liked to have seen the instructors make sure kids didn’t push into the queue - some bigger kids pushed their way past smaller ones every single run. And also given feedback even if it wasn’t solicited- my son is a little under confident asking in situations like that so he missed out a bit.

This was the first ski racing for our child and it was a great experience. Good organisation. Clear, friendly details on how it worked. Not too busy and the NSSA was excellent.

Amazing I can’t wait for another one

It was a great - really nice event that Impulse Racing put on for the National School Snow Sports Association! Very well organised and the the commentary was brilliant. My daughter is now so enthused that she wants to join a race club. One thing - she's only seven and was competing as an under 11, so maybe a younger age group would be good next time. Maybe under 9s too...

As newcomers to racing we were made to feel welcome, you do not need all the equipment to join in - ski hire is included. The coaches were attentive and knowledgable and gave Reuben just the right amount of encouragement and guidance, their skills and experience evident at every stage of the process. If your child enjoys skiing and has all the basic skills and wants to progress I would recommend joining a session, Ru came away with new skills and buzzing from the timed racing . Thanks all !

My daughter attended a squad orientation day last weekend. The coaches and the whole team were fantastic and my daughter came home buzzing with excitement and didn’t want to come home. She learnt so much and is looking forward to training with them again. Thank you so much. Ever seen her so excited

Due to my son over egging his skiing ability we weren't able to take part on the evening and just used the facilities to practice, away from the group. The 3 stars are for the organisation. No one introduced themselves as the instructor, kids were just left to migrate together til somobe came out and started the warm up. It was labelled as an event for all abilities, but quite clearly it was for those with plenty of experience. I only saw one instructor so was confused as to how tuition was being provided to such a large group. It was clearly trials and should have been labelled as such and more staff would've made it a learning experience. We weren't the only parents left to fend for ourselves on the kiddie slope.

Great event and well organized. Only small problem that occurred was one of my children's names was missed off the hoodies that they were selling at the event.
We will hopefully be back next year!
