From the moment of first contact through the survey and installation IMS demonstrated a high level of professionalism. The result being an excellent heating system, which has yet to be tested with a really cold spell of weather, but fills me with confidence that it will be able to deal with a full-blown West Coast winter. They may not be the cheapest but I would thoroughly recommend IMS Heat pumps.

The appeal of using IMS was partly a recommendation, but mainly because the are heat pump engineers, not plumbers having a go. Front first contact to installation it was clear they knew what they were doing, including being honest about snags with a retrofit. The installation team were polite, friendly and tidy, and did a neat job. There was a snag with the heating, but they patiently worked it through and solved it. The performance is exactly as IMS calculated, making the Vaillant system very efficient. People who claim heat pumps are noisy, expensive to run, don’t heat water or a house are simply wrong. I have a tankful of hot water and a warm home from a heat pump that whispers. Too job!
