Company is useless.
Hope to not deal with you guys again.
First the value of my car was way below the market value - No one told me what was deducted from the car value in the first place.
I was told that later, when you already passed it to 3rd party insurer, and now you can't get those extra 50-70 quid from them (the deductions).

Had to give them 1 star otherwise could not write a review, worst company ever dealt with, communication a joke never replied to emails, when i phone get the same excuses, been 7 weeks since a van hit my parked car and its still not repaired, same thing waiting for his insurers to pay. Even sent me a form to ask if i would go 50 / 50, and i wasn't even in the car. when i phone my insurance company the just say been passed on and to contact them

Absolutely appalling company.

Third party pulled out of farm shop entrance into the side of my van as we were driving past. Third party insurers phoned me and admitted full liability within a couple of days, but I had already informed my insurers and they transferred my claim to IMS to be dealt with.

My vehicle was taken away to be assessed, and I was eventually emailed by IMS saying it was beyond economical repair and offered a laughable amount to settle the claim.

I emailed straight away but heard nothing back for two days, so phoned them. After an hour waiting to get through, I argued that the amount was not enough and, after two or three more emails and phone calls (an hour wait to get through every time), was told if I wanted any more to go online to find vehicles the same as mine for sale at a higher price and forward links for them to IMS so they can check them! (talk about doing their job for them!)

When I emailed them with what they asked for I was told by an extremely rude and arrogant (name withheld) "well you can find what you want on Autotrader can't you, and I only think it's worth £xxx" (over £1000 less!)

After some 'discussion' he finally openly admitted to me that they actually work on behalf of the third party insurer specifically to keep down the amount that I receive! To say I was livid would be an understatement!

I have had to go back to my own insurers again, and be referred to the the underwriters to try to secure a fair value for my vehicle. There is virtually a whole month now completely wasted.

Unfortunately you generally have no say in who deals with your claim, but if anyone reads these reviews, upon hearing their claim is to be dealt with by IMS, I would strongly recommend telling your insurers that you want them to deal with it personally and refuse to have anything to do with IMS.

IMS are NOT there for you, it's as simple as that!

Avoid they are only interested in undercutting the cost of the vehicle and not interested in repairing the vehicle. Appalling customer service very bullying attitude to try and get a lower settlement do not allow your vehicle anywhere near.

I had a crash no fault in October 2020. AD Williams had my car until December. I was forced to go there by Hastings Enterprise and IM Solutions. Returned it still with a dent in, awful paintwork, car not aligned, no brake lights, seat belts still broken from crash impact, paint all over the bumper. Due to the law I had to give them a second opportunity to rectify the above issues. Middle of January it was returned EXACTLY the same. I am still being messed around by ADWILLIAMS Enterprise Hastings and IM Solutions as I have no car.and they are refusing to rectify. IMSoutions are inferring that the broken seatbelts and broken lights are not crash related even though I had my car MOT ed 9 days before the crash.I am now looking at solicitors and Financial Ombudsman (who have been brilliant)
