Second delivery, lovely items excellent value ,a slight error some bits missing but got a very prompt reply and missing items delivered super fast and lovely customer service people

Went for the first time this morning. Cafe staff all seemed friendly and efficient , shame about the food and coffee.
Met up with cousin and wife and three of us had scones with cream
Absolutely awful. I don’t know when the scones were made but they were all like bricks, they were so hard and stale.
I did tell a lady as she cleared the table who offered a free scone next time ?
Should never have been on sale and were it not for the fact that my cousin bought all the food I would have insisted on it being put right there and then.
My husband also said his coffee was basically just short of cold.
Why can’t a cafe serve a simple scone and coffee.
First and last time for us.

Called in after airport drop off, ordered a sausage and egg bap. Egg ok, bap ok but sausage was taking liberties with the word sausage. Dry, hard and clearly from the past and reheated. Would not give to a dog. I was hungry and weak so ate it anyway. Sorry for a belated review but just had memory poke.

Purchased cane clips from the online store, very resonable price, speedy delivery. Very happy!

Came across In-Excess.co.uk from a google search. As they were the cheapest and I hadn't heard of them, I did a little digging to ensure they were legit. There were a few bad reviews, but mostly positive ones so I took a chance and ordered from them. I'm glad I did as they sent good comms and kept me informed on the ordered processing. Once despatched, I got a tracking number and the parcel arrived promptly.
So from my experience, I would thoroughly recommend them.

I purchased two excellent quality bird feeders for a third of the price they were available elsewhere. Well packaged, reasonable delivery cost and quick delivery too. Very happy customer.

Great company. Ordered a selection of tools, at great prices. Just a couple of the items didnt meet my quality expectations, the service team at In-Excess replaced all the items without quibble. Importantly they worked to get me a solution, whether refund or replace and it was dealt with by a real person who checked the replacement. Better than the ebay or Amazon "just refund and return bot" policy which still leaves you without a product and guessing which random alternative you should try purchasing next. Well done, In-Excess, would definitely use again.

Have ordered previously and found good products at excellent pricing.
Latest purchase was a Siemens Azure doorbell. The push button failed very quickly and a phone call resulted in an even quicker positive response from In-excess.

Recently visited the refreshed cafe at In-Excess' store in their Salisbury Garden centre. Charlotte's cafe is a pure eclectic mix of style and a fabulous menu, tasty savory and sweet treats. Friendly staff, great prices and a well stocked garden centre too. Well worth a visit.

Ordered a storage box from In-excess, and on the delivery date we received a delivery time from the carrier, and had to reschedule, due to a last minute appointment,selecting ‘next day delivery’,which was accepted, however things did not go well with the rescheduled delivery, resulting in putting faith in In- excess customer service, and was not dissapointed, they actually called me, set up a plan for delivery,sent me an e-mail on the day, and even an e-mail to confirm that they had seen delivery had been successful. Sadly this level of customer service nowadays is rare,and should be celebrated,thank you for your help,and would not hesitate to use them again.

I had never heard of this company before but browsing online, for some garden furniture, they came out on top for price. I nipped over to Trustpilot to make sure they were legit and found lots of negative reviews but mostly from people complaining about being asked to wear face masks during lockdown in the stores and not about the company website or their products. I decided to take a punt and placed my order online for delivery. The furniture arrived today, perfectly intact and is exactly what I was looking for and cheaper than I could find elsewhere. I cannot fault the company at all and would definitely use them again so its five stars from me! Ordered 10/5/23 (55672) and delivered 12/5/23.

I purchased cane clips and cane protectors which I had been looking for the same from a previous purchase some years ago and this company had them! I ordered online, everything was very straight forward and very reasonably priced. So overall I'm pleased.

Purchased seven lollipop trees from In Excess. Very pleased with the quality of the plants and the excellent service we received from Liam. He was knowledgeable, helpful and went above and beyond. Thank you.

Disgraceful discrimination against disabled. After 1 year in isolation felt an outdoor garden centre would be safe to buy some plants with a learning disabled man, I care for, but no you're banned if you can't wear a mask or put on a useless visor which the Government state offer no protection on their own, so this has nothing to do with protecting staff just picking on the most vulnerable in our society and excluding them from any return to a normal life. In-Excess should be ashamed and hopefully closed down for such disgraceful inability to open in accordance with Enflish Law.

I’m absolutely disgusted I went into my local inexcess and got completely discriminated against for not wearing a mask. I am unable to wear one. And got told I would have to leave.
Shameful! Will be taking this further!

Avoid in Excess Crowd hill Fair oak Eastleigh. It's just not worth the effort. I was in a wheelchair with my husband pushing. There were no clip-on Trollies at all nor even handbaskets in the outside part. we specifically went for six trays of primulas to go on Winter pots, but they provided no way of carrying them. in the end we only bought two trays. there were no discount on multiple purchases of compost. We shan't be returning!

Great, found what I needed, delivered all OK, then my mail box is full of promotions, junk mail etc, no option to unsubscribe, contact them etc so from a great experience, they turned it into a negative one, dont trust them with your e mail address
