I would give the service 5 stars - Great communication with staff about my order. Order was posted and delivered really quickly. Packaged unbelievably well. I've given the product 4 stars as its too early to tell just how well this will work for my dog long term. Day 5 he is definitely looking brighter and moving a lot more freely. Hopefully it will continue.

UPDATE! exactly my point, the responce to my review. He has an excuse for everything I mentioned, instead of taking accountability for the low standered packaging, he looks for fault in the customer. honestly, don't waste your time or money with this company.

The customer service of this company is extremely bad, I have been ordering from this company for well over a year. Last year when I recieved the CBD inside a carboard box, It was damaged and the box was soaking wet, Because the box was wet the carboard had split and no CBD was inside. Last week I ordered more CBD, when I opened the bottle the glass liquid dropper(pipette) had shattered inside the bottle(CBD). I reached out to Incr-edibles and was basically called a thief, and told my custom was not wanted no more.

Fantastic products I've used the CBD drops for myself and the CBD dog treats for my anxious rescue dogs. Service is great & recently when production of the dog treats had run low they sent what they had and followed up with a phone call to explain the rest would be sent out a couple of days later meaning no break in the treatment. Would highly recommend x
