I bought a phone online at incredible connections and die delivery is 5 days late. My first time buying from them and will definitely be my last time. The customer support is pathetic and no one comes back with support. It's 10 days from ordering and they stated on the site that is wil take 2 to 5 days to deliver the phone.

I bought two printers late 2025

I bought two printers late August 2025, HP for R3000 and Epson A3 for R12000 paid both of them extended warranty same time when i bought them. Somehow when I started using them early this year. When I try open the front tray for HP printer just easily broke somehow. I just decided not to return it since it was I minor fault. The printer kept working well 3 months later It does paper jam. Which is another different problem. Then I decided to take it back to shop. Then at store they send me bill R4000+ saying I must accept to pay it for them to fix my HP Printer. Even if I can take a blame for the front cover that was faulty, the paper jam is still been covered by warranty and extended warranty as well by they say they can't do anything about it... I'm very disappointed...#Incredible Connection Kempton Park Festival Mall...

If i could give the a zero i would

If i could give the a zero i would. I bought a lenovo tablet online. It cam after a week. I used the Tablet for two hour then it stopped working. I then comunicated with the customer care. The took 2 weeks to get pick it up and send to a store for repairs. Now it has been more than a month and i still dont have any feedback or my money back. This is very bad service .

Poor communication and customer service.

I've never experienced such a horrible customer service, lack of communication regarding delays for delivery. The agents are creating info just to get you out of their face. I ordered a watch, on the 2nd last day before the delivery (based on their 2-3 days of delivery) I contacted incredible connection online to find out about tracking information. All I got was that my order will be delivered as per their time frame for delivery. I wait for the last day of delivery, no tracking information, I again contact them but I still couldn't get any concrete feedback, they created a ticket to escalate the issue and claimed that a relevant department will be in touch within the next 24 hours but no one ever contacted me.

10 days and counting

Ordered ONE item online. Claims 3-5 business days delivery. 10 days later the item was only now picked up by the courier. No one could assist in telling me what is happening with it, no one wants to call back on helping to resolve this. Needed this item desperately within that 5 day window, but it's still on the other side of the country.

Disgusted by the lack of care. Will never buy anything from Incredible connection ever again.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

This review is about the incredible connection online customer support. I have a R500 voucher that I wanted to use. I had not used it and the balance is shown as R0. I phoned the customer helpline 5 times, with the staff being rude and incompetent all 5 times, and sending me around to phone external finance companies. I also emailed them, and again, they were not helpful. This service is extremely disappointing and I will never be using them ever again. I highly advise people to not use their website as you will receive terrible customer support.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service from Incredible Connection. I’ve been waiting over a week for my product with absolutely no communication or updates from the company. I’ve had to call constantly just to try and get answers, and every time I’m told the system is “offline.” A system cannot realistically be offline for an entire week while customers are left in the dark.

There has been no follow-up, no clear timeline, and no effort to keep me informed about my order. Customer service should not require the customer to chase the company for basic information.

Very poor communication and overall frustrating experience.

I went to purchase an external…

I went to purchase an external hardrive, There was an item on the shelf priced at R1399, I said I want to buy it. Went to the cashier , he asked me for my cell no, I declined , he asked if I want to register for the More promotions , I kindly said no thanks. The cashier then rings up an amount of R1699 !! I showed him the prince on the box of R1399.. He told me that this was the price if I did not register !! That is simply illegal ! Is this a means of extorsion ??

I would like to thank two wonderful women...who helped me alot in doing an upgrade for a laptop...Tanya and Hanneh from the gateway branch...Tanya as been very helpful and very polite and understanding through the process of doing my upgrade...Hanneh helped me so much with my paperwork explained every detail...itz such a pleasure to have true honest people like this...in life itz not about a job title but about the person you are that makes every job enjoyable...thank you girls for your amazing help...

Customer service sucks when they have to help solve a problem.

So in December 2025 I went to Incredible Connection looking for a Ps4 controller, but they didn't have a genuine Sony Ps4 controller in stock, so I bought the generic white Titan controller with a 1 year warranty. So in February/March it has an issue mind you I am a casual gamer, so I go back to the store tell them the controller is giving me trouble with one button. So they start the process, but the biggest issue is they have been dragging their feet this whole ordeal.
