So I just want to express how grateful I am. I love buying from indiemerch. I’ve been buying from this company for years now, but then I’ve recently had an issue three separate times with a vinyl. I’m not saying that it’s the company’s fault it could be the distributor’s fault I was very frustrated at first . But Travis from Indiemerch is incredible he sorted me out. He reached out to me to fix the issue….

No one ever answers the phone , I tried cancelling they shipped fast on purpose so I can’t cancel. I’ll be refusing package but after reading what others say about long shipping I won’t stand that I will dispute with my CC this isn’t China that we have to wait months for a package. I paid way too much for one t shirt and they shipped before i could cancel they never answer their phone or emails it’s rare. I would avoid this place.

I had a really good experience ordering from this company. The ordering process was straightforward, the website was easy to navigate, and checkout was smooth with clear information about sizing and delivery. The shirt arrived on time and was well packaged, which I appreciated.

I just want to say that I absolutely love my new indiemerch swag! And that there are so many great thing that I could say about indiemerch. Honestly, there just isn't enough time in the day. But I will say this. I was so happy that my package arrived so quickly. And the price! Unbelievable! I took advantage of the Labour Day sale and I couldn't of been happier. Also, the free sticker. Terrific! Who doesn't like free? Well done indiemerch. Well done!

Quality is there, but there delivery is terribly long. Took 1 month to get items BO (when on their website it says available) and then took 4 month to received it. They ship on march and I just received it today (July 24). I love their merch, but delivery is horrible sadly.

I EXCLUSIVELY USE INDIEMERCHSTORE for ALL my merch needs. These guys are the best for many reasons. Such as - UNBEATABLE selection, an enormous roster of bands , all the best designs, all printed on QUALITY garments , and best of all - THE FIT on these shirts is absolutely perfect and I’m not being hyperbolic . As a tall lanky man there is nothing I hate more than an ill fitting tshirt that is too short. But rest assured indiemerchstore uses shirts that fit me perfectly and usually make me appear thinner.

Honestly this is the best merch shop and even though I’m in Canada they get it shipped to me safely and relatively quickly . I can’t recommend them enough . Total professional team there as well. If you have any questions they are always quick to respond and answer your concerns .

What more can I say ?? I never praise things unless I truly love them and Indiemerchstore is definitely deserving of that praise!

Ordered a clutch package a.month ago the day the sale.went on. Now 4 weeks later they send a message to me.telling ne the product is no longer available after fulfilling all other people's orders before getting to mine. Absolutely unacceptable and terrible business practices. I'll never shop on this site again. Please beware. sickening a kid won't be getting there present this year. Disgraceful for a company to zero quality control.

I've have ordered heavy metal shirts from IndieMerchstore twice and pleased with both experiences. Good selection, prices and delivery times. Also, 2 things that I like is that they have discounts on some shirt, which I took advantage of and they offer discounts (10%) for future orders.

One of the best experiences I've had buying merch. Massive selection, so many bands and items to choose from. The shirts I bought are top quality and the prices were lower than I expected. My order arrived fast (it was earlier than the date I was originally given) and I was given tracking info and email updates to let me know when my shipment would arrive and if there were any problems or delays. I will definitely be buying more from this company.

I finally put in an order for some amazing quality shirt! The graphics on the t shirts and sweaters are even better quality then theyvare in the pictures! Very high quality and vivid. Absolutely love the quality of material and the true to size fits. Absolutely some of my favorite shirt I have out of my entire collection. Can't wait to buy a lot more.

While the purchase and delivery of the products went fine, the three hoodies I ordered were of very poor quality. The fabric was thin and they have not held up well after only two washes. Far below what I would have expected for the price. I would have returned them but for an international buyer it's too expensive and not worth the time. I would not use again.
