I ordered 2 packs of stickers in August 2024. The last shipping update was Sept 2024. Contact with support has been spotty. I was told it was still coming. It was stuck because of tarrifs. I have asked twice for a refund and communication from the company stopped. It is currently Sept 2025.

Scam company sadly

I went through all the hoops and when I paid for the stickers it came up saying payment transaction failed but my bank quickly told me I had had $72 taken from my bank. I have emailed their support and they are saying without any proof of purchase ie. order number etc, they cannot help me.

TLDR: Scam company - don't use!

Chinese company that ships from Italy.. ?Ordered sticker set 15 April, shipped out in 5 days, with some updates... until 12 May I received "Sorry to tell you that your order was delivered unsuccessfully" - went back & forth with more excuses than answers; including 1) 'tarriffs' caused this delay 2) would not tell me which carrier and 3) we don't have shipping info (even though I was getting updates). Then they wanted additional $$ for a replacement set. Still un-hopefully waiting... but luckily PayPal buyer protection was used to get a full refund.

Scam scam scam, stay away far away! I ordered some fishing lures and they added 10.00 to the cost. I emailed them and all they said was that that 10.00 was returned which it hadn't. Endless back and forth with their shifty customer "service" agent. Worst company to ever deal with they are absolute FRAUDS.

Placed an order 1 month ago. I keep getting tracking emails. Ordering from temu or shein doesn't take this long.

Scam. They add charges after the fact and don’t respond to multiple cancel order requests. My first request was within 5 minutes of receiving their order confirmation email. I made several other attempts to cancel. Suddenly PayPal emails with bogus charges start coming in. (I don’t have PayPal) more emails that it’s coming from a fake shipping company leaving Poland. I told them I cancelled the charges with my card and they ignored me. The worst company ethics ever!

Absolutely con! They are thieves!

Firstly, they took more from my account than agreed at check out, and tried to fob me off with "It was the exchange rate!" No, exchange rates don´t inflate the cost by 20 dollars!

Then, 7 weeks later the shoddy products turn up and they are not the colour I ordered. So I ask for a partial refund. Products that in total cost be 60 dollars.

They offered 5 dollars!

When I refused to accept this, they went up to 8!

Absolute criminals. It was their error they should compensate or send out the correct products!

Disgusting company. Avoid!!

I recently got this charming little gadget at a bargain price. Its novelty brought delight, though its durability could improve. Definitely a fun whimsy to try.

It’s a scam , I ordered the Stitchy Speedy Clothing Fixer and I have never received my order since 3/7/2024. At first I had wrong tracking number , they sent me an updated tracking that shows item on transport since 22/08/2024 with no update since then !
And you pay for shipping insurance !

An absolute scam! The box wasn’t even shut properly and the needles were loose in there. The gun itself has no branding on it and they offered me $3usd as compensation. Pathetic

I received a product which was not as described. It was clearly a knock-off of the advertised product. Customer service is not replying as to how I can return the product and get a refund. They initially also withdraw more money from my visa than was indicated on the receipt. Luckily i did get that mistake fixed.

Received my order after two weeks. Price was reasonable and the item was well-packaged. The design is charming, and the quality is satisfactory, especially given the cost. Overall, it’s an enjoyable little novelty that adds a whimsical touch. Would consider buying again.

Ordered 2 items beginning of May 2024-paid $76.00 USD. Never received my order. No delivery attempt was ever made to my home. Contacted company multiple times. Finally they said my order was returned but never gave a reason. They refused to refund any portion of my funds as they claimed they did not receive back the undelivered products. BEWARE! Bad delivery service. Will not give any refunds!!! High risk for no delivery nor refund! Poor customer service!

I ordered a sticker set that was advertised as "stickers in the size to git on a car" but they are much smaller than that.

The reqson for this bad review is not the article itself, but how the customer support reacts to complaints. They refuse to give the address to send the goods back for a total refund.

The shipping was so quick! The item was packaged well, ensuring it arrived in perfect condition. It was sent promptly and the tracking was accurate. Honestly, I was amazed with the fast delivery. Great job! Would definitely recommend this seller for their excellent shipping service.

Do not buy!!! Do not trust!!

Scam artists. They have multiple sites they pay for to have different review options that are filled with robot reviews. Look at the time frame from all reviews.

I ordered the instant stitch and not only did it take a month in a half to get here, it broke within 10 tests.

The are expecting me to pay to send it back to China and won’t give me a refund without.

Total scam (can’t believe I fell for it).

Company advertised a “Stitchy” and I received a clothing tagger instead.

Contacted the seller and requested a full refund.
The acknowledged the issues, apologised and instead offered me a $5usd compensation.
Rejected and requested the refund.
They then offered me a $7usd compensation.

Don’t buy from this website.

I'm in the UK. Still waiting for an order from about 5 weeks ago. Beware!

Ordered and paid for goods on 3may 2024 still not received item same automatic response when I emailed them , will not refund my money

it's a worthy purchase. The aesthetic design is also a winner. They are high in quality and very comfortable to use.
