Arrogant , poor customer service.
Very disappointing experience. This business actively promotes its products online, but when potential buyers ask genuine questions about pricing and availability, they are treated poorly. I contacted them because I live in a different city and needed pricing information before making arrangements. Instead of receiving helpful customer service, I was told "don't waste my time" and was then blocked.
As a customer, asking for prices and product details is completely reasonable, especially when travelling from another location or considering a purchase. Blocking interested buyers for asking questions is unprofessional and not how a business should treat potential customers. I would not recommend this seller based on my experience.

After i signed up it didnt let me log in and beacuse of wrong password, i also double checked and when i want to make a new password it doesnt send anything onto my email

Do not buy anything from this site. I bought a Luminox watch they claimed was coming from a watch store and was authentic. Completely counterfeit item. ZERO glow on any of the markers, packaging counterfeit."warranty" card does not take you to Luminox. Attempted to dispute charge through Paypal. The seller demanded return item registered mail. Cost me $50. USPS said becuase they wanted registered that I could not adding tracking to where is was going. Stole my money, had me send counterfiet item back and then Paypal would not refund due to Registered mail (their requirement) was not a regular tracking number.
Update- went through round#2 with Paypal and Paypal issued full refund to their credit

Im very happy with their service. Very responsive when I have queries. Not too mentioned items received was surprisingly fast. The items I wanted to buy was through an external link. And the quotation they get back to me was also quick. Will definitely use their forwarding service again in the future.

I scoured the internet for a reliable shipping forwarder for Indonesia (buy from Indonesia and ship elsewhere) as many existing services don't serve Indonesia. Indo4ward was prompt in their customer service, provided a convenient platform, reasonable in their pricing and delivered my items quickly without damage. Considering my other option was to find someone on Reddit, who may/may not be reliable and understand the logistics/customs process in Indonesia, Indo4ward is definitely the best option.

Absolutely fabulous company. My son wanted a battle blade toy and the only place I found it was on tokopedia.com. After sifting through google searches I found indo4ward.com had a “assisted purchase” service. I had questions about submitting my order, and I received prompt email responses. This made me feel secure about going through with my order. There was a service fee added to my total which was very reasonable and as I learned included the international shipping fees. My items were purchased within 24 hrs and received very quickly at their warehouse. They took photos of the items and emailed them to me so I could confirm the items were what I wanted. Once I gave the go ahead, the items were packaged and shipped out within another 24 hrs. They were shipped with DHL and it only took 4 days to arrive in Canada from indonesia. I am so pleased with their service. I’ve used similar services for overseas shopping and this company is by far the best experience I’ve had start to finish and the most reasonably priced. I highly recommend using them for shopping in indonesia.
