I regret to say that my experience with INDstartup has been utterly disappointing. Very Bad company & worst service.The customer service is severely lacking, with a consistently poor attitude. It feels like they’re more interested in taking money than actually providing any service.

For the past five months, my website has been down, and I haven’t received any updates from them. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, they often don’t answer calls and instead send messages saying, “I’ll call you right back,” which never happens. It’s incredibly frustrating that they seem to forget both my name and my website details when issues arise.

Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with their service, which has led to significant losses for me. I would not recommend INDstartup to anyone looking for reliable hosting services. Total waste of money. Be careful.

The worst, irresponsible, useless, 3rd class, gutter chaap company ever seen in my life. Do not provide Auth. code to transfer my domain and wasting time so i have to forcefully renew domain on thr platform.

They deleted my ticket id on my panel - Ticket Id - 518039

So i created a new ticket id - 783288

I complained the issue on 27 May and did not received updates even till today 15 june

Do not buy anything frtom this cheap 3rd class fraud company.

Firstly they don’t sell their own products. This (ind chutiya startup.in) is a reselling company selling domain & hostings from Spaceship.com

I came across the issue about domain name server was changed without my concern.
My hosting is in Hostinger and all of sudden one day my website is not functioning so i checked inside hostinger panel it says your domain is not pointing to hostinger.
So i went to indstartup.in account area for changing the nameserver,
Their it says that these things cannot be changed manually and asked to contact support to make a changein nameserver (First thing first - no company ever hide this thing)

So i contacted the support over whatsapp and their whatsapp no. is (+918910777354) on 27 May and i didn’t received any response till 12 june. So i called on their no. and one person may be any ediot named as Suman received and said generate the ticket, so i did with ticket id - #518039
Since i got frustrated so i asked him for domain to transfer so i need Authorization Code. That too they do not provide us on Account area. So that bastared asked when is your expiry so i told him 15 june. So intentionally to waste my time so that i may not transfer and i have to forcefully renew domain.

I had a domain which was about to expire on 15 june and that chutiya company forced me and did not respond the call, whatsapp and even theri own ticket id on the website.

I have filed the complaint on ICANN About registrar fraud about domain name authorization code and nameserver not giving control and taking too long to respond or avoiding with black intentions

Totally waste of money .. I have paid total ₹5500 for a e-commerce site. They created me a site and given me 30 gb hosting and 1 domain . But I can't access my domain. That means I can't change name server or DNS , also their hosting is slow . After few days later site speed got very slow. I contacted them over WhatsApp and phone but they angry on me. I tell them that please transfer my domain so I can use it on other domain . But they are stupid . They didn't do anything for me.

Their unlimited plan is a big scam. I am a web developer and one of my clients had their websites hosted with indstartup.

They only allow up to 15 sites. Their unlimited plan is a scam.

90% of the times his websites are down because he has around 20 sites hosted with them. Traffic is also quite less (around 10-50 visitors per day.)

They have a very low resource allocation, even on their highest plan (business hosting). You can probably get better resource allocation from cheaper alternatives.

For example, I was comparing their plan with another cheap company, "hostgenics.com" and they're offering 3 GB RAM instead of 1 GB RAM. They actually say it honestly that they will host 20 websites instead of fake claims of unlimited websites for the same price. Disclaimer: I am not affiliated to hostgenics.com. I haven't used them personally. I came across them while comparing for cheap alternatives.

Many of my clients use hostinger and none of them had any problems with resources, etc. with hostinger. I do understand the concept of limited inodes, resources etc.

Indstartup has extremely limited resources for their highest plan. That's the bitter truth.

I want you guys to be honest with your customers. Rewrite your sales page. You guys should just advertise it as 15 sites maximum instead of unlimited.

Please do not deceive customers. This is what gives India a bad name.

INDstartup is one of the best hosting provider company in india. hosting prices is very cheap and affordable, also hosting performance is very good. prompt technical support available. we are happy with INDstartup.

Indstartup gives me a great support. Their team solving all my issues instantly.

Guys indstartup jitni ghatiya company mene aaj tak nahi dekhi hai na to inki hosti traffic ka load le sakti hai or na hi fast chal sakti hai mene is company ka corporate plane liya tha but jab mene apne domain add kiye to 2-3 din mai hr bar Site down ho jati hai or ye log koi help mahi karte hai
