good quality nursing chair
good quality nursing chair, however customer sevice is not the best, we had purchased 4 chairs over the past 2 years with 2 in 2024 most recent purchase April 2024. I contacted to query the casters on the latest chair, which I understood was my fault during the ordering process. I was advised I would have to purchase new casters and pay dispatch fee, which I understand as the current casters had been used on the chair, however as a good will gesture after the purchase of 4 of the same chairs over the last 2 years it would have been nice to have been sent the origional casters free of charge ( I of course was happy to pay delivery fee) considering they come included in the price of the chair, and the ones I had ordered in error I paid extra for.
I would be reluctant to use this company again on this basis.

Thank you for your comments. Please make sure when ordering that you choose the correct options. We would have been paying for your mistake if we had let you have the replacement castors free of charge.
