I have ordered 1 kg bag dry fruit for Christmas an in shop picture and description there are whole dried oranges and limes. I instead I have received 4 250 grams sliced apples and oranges and other stuff- not even one whole dried orange. No one contacted me to confirm change. Very disappointed ☹️ Will never shop there again.

I usually order from cake supply shops but couldn’t get the size of a polystyrene ball I needed. I googled and found this site. Absolutely brilliant. Every size needed. A fraction of the price. Delivery really quick.

I ordered polystyrenes balls for mosaic but when they arrived they had a raised ridge round the middle which was not shown on the pictures on the website and which meant they were not suitable for the intended purpose. I ring the supplier who insisted they were not faulty and refused to pay the return postage. Not good customer service!

Easy to order and prices are reasonable, delivery was quick without problems, only thing that made me giggle was when I found out it was only around a mile from my home and I could have collected.
