Consistently short payouts. They go silent and refuse to respond. Customer service is very sensitive and can't engage in sensitive subjects like answering qestions about why they shorted me over $50. Don't waste your time or money.

This site is garbage. And thanks to them, I'm not using any casino sites anymore. This was the first time I was going to be able to actually cash out. I know it's not alot, but it's Christmas time and I had it up to just under $200. Everything went fine thru the withdrawal and verification process, I thought, but I just went and was asking if they could give me an estimate on what time it would finalize (since it was my first time), and they told me their "team" had emailed me 15 hours ago telling me they couldn't pay it out cuz they discovered multiple accounts. After completing the playthrough requirements,I worked my winnings back up to $150. Even though I have already had these winnings reduced to $50 (fulfilling the redemption max), they rejected my withdrawal request and AGAIN reduced my balance to $50. Why am I being penalized $107 (including the fee)? Well they haven't answered this question in our emails, instead choosing to reiterate the redemption max of $50 before ceasing to respond at all, which does not address my concern. MY BALANCE WAS AUTOMATICALLY REDUCED TO $50 UPON COMPETION OF PLAYTHROUGH! THE REST WAS GENERARED AFTER THIS! DO Y'ALLS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS EVEN UNDERSTAND WORDS?!
