Infinity-Filter Opiniones 

I've been using Infinity Filter for my server for quite a long time now, and they are the only ones who consistently do things correctly.

First of all, the pricing. It is not bandwidth-based, and SVC and Geyser are included for only $5 extra per month, which is really surprising considering you get a dedicated IP.

Second of all, the protection. It is not based on Cloudflare Spectrum, which some people might see as a disadvantage. However, I think it is actually the biggest advantage. Since it is based on OVH, you receive a similar protection level, just with a lower attack capacity, while keeping the price affordable. In reality, it doesn't even matter much because even some of the most powerful botnets would struggle to take it down.

Third, XDP. With other providers like Neoprotect or TCPSHIELD, usually only the Java backend is XDP-protected, while Bedrock backends rely on rate limiting. With Infinity Filter, everything is filtered through XDP.

Fourth, the support is insane. You can expect replies in under an hour, and sometimes even instantly, no matter what issue you have.

Overall, Infinity Filter is one of the best choices if you need reliable Minecraft DDoS protection without paying insane prices.

A few months ago, I purchased a package from Infinity Filter for a one-time fee, which was supposed to provide better server limits and player pricing. I bought this service in advance for an upcoming Minecraft server project.

Before I even had the chance to launch my server, Infinity Filter completely changed its pricing policy, moving everyone to a monthly subscription model. This change made my original one-time purchase completely worthless. While the "old panel" theoretically still exists, migration to the new monthly system is effectively mandatory.

The legacy panel has been stripped of essential functions, or they have been intentionally broken to force users to switch. Essential features required for operation, such as downloading the necessary plugin or changing the payment plan, are no longer functional on the old platform.

I contacted their support on Discord, expecting some form of compensation, credit, or at least a discount on their new subscription given that the old service is practically unusable. Instead, even after a lengthy discussion, I was flatly refused any form of remediation for the money I had already paid.

I was forced to escalate the issue to my bank. After providing all the documentation, my bank agreed that this was a failure to deliver the service on Infinity Filter's part and issued a full chargeback.

This treatment of pre-paying customers is completely unprofessional. Furthermore, the company actively tries to hide criticism: on their Discord, negative reactions to announcements are removed, and after I expressed my dissatisfaction, they removed my role, preventing me from writing a review at all. I cannot recommend this company to anyone who values fairness, transparency, and reliability.

These guys haven't resolved an issue that's completely on their end. They've acknowledged it. I keep reminding them about it and get a response like "I'll check it out later today" and then they just do nothing. I'm not even talking about "support". I was able to set up my anti-DDoS just fine but when it came to them sorting out something where I had paid for 2 backend IPs and they gave me 1 backend IP, they still haven't resolved it in over a month. All the while I've been paying the invoices for that 2nd backend IP (that I still don't have). Lowest-tier service from these guys. The reason it's not one-star is because the anti-DDoS does work on one of my servers even though they've left my second server broken still.
