I purchased the Infinity Synner D model massage chair from Costco. Every step of the purchase and delivery/set-up process was very smooth. The chair is pricey but worth every cent. But what really stands out is the customer service I received from the Infinity team. Both Heidi in Concierge and Nate in technical services could not have provided me with better customer service! They are professional, courteous, and effective. Thank you for that! I am a very satisfied customer.

ordered chair, then had to wait a month for it to be delivered and set up. mighty long time for a delivery. techs got it up and running. 1st time i used it found out that footpads were not there and techs didn't mention it. 1st time rollers rolled my feet i really knew it. called c.s. and was told 4 to 5 business days to get pads. rather long time to get part delivered. by the time i finished my 1st session, the foot rest became stuck in the up position. difficult getting in or out of chair. called c.s. following monday and was told a replacement actuator would be sent out in 4 to 5 business days and then a service tech would be notified to complete repair within 4 to 5 business days. i objected to the time delay and was told they try to do better. next day i had a tech come and repairs were successful. guess it's true about squeaky wheel. a general comment about chairs auto function-- not being able to lower the intensity of rollers for the programs was a hurting experience. i run everything in manual at the moment to acclimate my spine to the pressure and hope to get to use auto programs in the future. my experience WILL get better. thanks

I recently had to return a massage chair due to health complications, and the team at Infinity Massage Chairs was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Living in Alaska, I knew the logistics might be a challenge since it was their first return in this state, but they handled everything professionally.
I want to give a special shout-out to Crystal Simons. She was fantastic—communicative, empathetic, and persistent in finding a local provider to handle the pickup for me as a disabled veteran. She kept me updated every step of the way until my refund was ready at Costco. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service, and I highly recommend this company

I am writing to share my positive experience with support team. I purchased one of the massage chairs at a Costco near my home about two years ago, and it came with a five-year warranty. While I have always loved the chair, it recently began making a metallic clashing noise that disrupted the experience.
I contacted tech support team and worked with Isiah, who correctly diagnosed the problem. The necessary parts were shipped promptly via FedEx, and a local technician contacted me shortly after to complete the repair.
I am very happy with the results. Thank you for the excellent service and support.

I purchased one of the massage chairs back in July 2025. So less than a year later I’m already having issues with it. I got the warranty which I guess could be promising , but dropping a couple of grands on a chair for it to be crapping out less than twelve months later is wild . I’d say most people from customer care are useful but some are snarky and just don’t listen. Doesn’t seem there’s a customer care review survey though so guess it is what it is.
I wouldn’t recommend purchasing one unless you’re ready to deal with adding chair maintenance , trouble shooting and back and forth phone calls to your to do list.

We have enjoyed our Infinity Massage Chair for over five years now. It's a great investment! We got a great deal from Costco, including delivery and set-up. I am retired but do some pretty strenuous labor maintaining our property---chainsaws, wood chipper, trenching, irrigation, landscaping, etc. The Infinity massage chair really helps relieve sore muscles at the end of the day. My wife use the Infinity Massage Chair to relax when she suffers a migraine. We really enjoy our massage chair. It adds to our quality of life.

It is for this reason i would say make your purchase else where with better after delivery service
Infinity Massage Chairs gave me a very positive service experience. William walked me through the system-level check over the phone, and Yvonne helped narrow down exactly which zone was causing the clicking noise in my chair.
Martin then came out for the repair, let me know when he was on the way, showed up on time, and fixed the chair in about an hour. He put everything back together, wiped it down, and made the entire process extremely easy for me.
I really appreciate the strong phone support and the professional in-home service. Thanks to William, Yvonne, and Martin for making this such a smooth experience.

It took us a while to get the massage chair we wanted. We originally went with a different brand and it didn't work out. When we saw the Infinity, we really liked, and the salesperson made a lot of promises (after having a not so great experience with the other company). We were cautiously optimistic. Cut to Crystal, the customer service rep, and Mary, the shipping manager, who made sure the salesman's promises were kept. They held our hand through the shipping and delivery, ensure our white glove service, and swarmed any hiccups. The only thing we found better than the excellent customer service is the chair itself. My goodness - what a therapeutic and relaxing treat. The programs are intuitive and easy to customize. We would highly recommend the chair and the company.

Infinity massage chair was extremely well built, stylish, and easy to use. Built-in speakers produced great sound and bluetooth connection was easy to use and reliable. I use it every night before sleep. If there is one area I would like to see improvement is having wi-fi capability for firmware updates.

We had some issues with the delivery but Heidi was there to help! She was amazing. She kept track of our delivery, very prompt response, and followed up. She made me feel heard, valued, and was there to help.
The Massage Chairs are great too. Everyone in the family is enjoying them, including the dog who has claimed it as her chair.

When I bought my massage chair, I thought it would be a nice way to chill out. I hit the jackpot! The chair is much more sophisticated and programmable than I had ever imagined. I use it in the morning for 10 minutes before I get up and running. I use it at night for 30 minutes (or more if I don't want to get out of it) before I go to bed.
To my dismay, one day the chair malfunctioned. I notified the service dept. They got right on it! Within 3 days the replacement part arrived. A few days later the technician came to my house to fix it. He not only fixed it, he overhauled it and made it even better than before.
I couldn't be happier with my Infinity Massage Chair and the best customer service I've seen in years!

Started working on an issue in November, I was out of town so repair date was early December. Repairs didn’t fix the problem, so called back late December to inform them that I had the same problem. Had repair scheduled for a Friday in January, on Monday I received a call from AIT that the appointment was canceled. After 10 days of no communication I called AIT back and they claimed they had no record of an appointment ever being made even though I had a repair order number. They said I needed to contact Infinity directly. After calling Infinity I realized that the two parties were disagreeing about who should cover the cost of the second service call. Eventually Infinity agreed that I needed another part which they sent. I requested that the tech come in the morning so if we had complications Infinity’s tech team would be available. The repair technician arrived at 4:30 and wasn’t familiar with my model of chair that I had, by the time he needed assistance the tech line was closed. The chair is fixed and working well, but I’m disappointed with the repair service on what I consider to be high dollar item. The 3 star rating is because of the quality of communication and service that AIT provided, not the Infinity company.
