Jan our rep was absolutely fantastic. We were a group of 9 on a stag in Benidorm and we had such a blast. From start to finish Jan kept us updated with news and information of what was going on daily. Nothing was too much trouble! Would absolutely reccomend!

Well where do I start such a fantastic and memorable 5 days we had in Benidorm. Infinity weekends were absolutely incredible on the way to the hotel. We received a text message with useful information and that we was going to get met by our rep on arrival sonny Was amazing he took photos of us on the beachfront and gave us a welcome drink following all the other events we were welcomed from a lady called Jan who was absolutely amazing and a little bit quirky just what you need in that situations we had rooftop Jacuzzi which was excellent value for money and what you got in the package was incredible. We also did the boat party which was amazing bar the bride getting a little seasick 😂 The only thing I would change about the boat party if the company would put on a little shuttle of some sort to get you to the event as it’s a 20 minute car ride and if there’s a group of you trying to get five taxes is not the easiest or cheapest. We also had the bar Crawl which got you a little bit tipsy should I say followed with the big one strippers were very good and also very respectful as our bride was a little bit nervous. last night we went for a Italian meal, which was lovely and again great value for money. I would recommend this company to anybody it was outstanding and we had the best few days.

Had a fantastic experience in Benidorm for my hen weekend. Our reps Jan and Sonny did an amazing job keeping us all together, included and having fun!

Jan was an amazing stag do rep—organised, energetic, and always up for a good time. She kept everything running smoothly, handled our group's antics with ease, and made sure we all had an unforgettable weekend. Highly recommend her for any stag do!

Had an amazing hen do in Benidorm for my daughter . Everything we booked went smoothly . No issues at all . The bar crawl was fun and the people organising it were hard working . Correspondence was very good always quick response to queries . Would definitely use again

Just came back from 4 days in Benidorm for a stag do. Jan was unreal, a message before we arrived and meeting us on arrival with bubbly and welcome packs was a god send. Anything we asked for Jan delivered whether it be photos for the group, recommendations to drink and eat. Thank you for making our experience the time it was. Keep up the hard work, it’s paying off!!

This is the 4th trip to benidorm my group have booked through Infinity.
From the booking process with Dean and Jessica everything was absolutely spot on, they were patient with late payments and everything went so smoothly.
I didn't think it could get better until the night before coming I received a.message from our rep in resort JAN!!! She was really informative about our check in and any extras we wanted to book, she was patient, friendly and worked so hard to ensure we had a fantastic weekend in benidorm. She clearly loves to see people having fun and as we could see on the boat party she knows how to party 🥳 she came to check on us in resort and even on nights out when we bumped into her she was happy to chat and help give advice to make our night even better. Thank you Jan, I hope you're still around for our next trip!! Thanks also to everyone at Infinity, the number one in benidorm!!

We have my 40th birthday all wrapped up and organised with a ribbon on top thanks to danni’s planning & expertise!
Communication is amazing and everything has been made so simple to book for 19 of us! I’m so excited for our girls trip to albufeira! Thankyou danni 🥰

Cannot recommend infinity weekends enough! We had a group of 23 for my sister's hen in Benidorm and even the night before the flight I had a whats app message from an infinity rep stating the location of our bottomless brunch and that he would meet us there, this immediately put me at ease! We had 4 activities booked that weekend one was the life drawing and we were also greeted by another rep who had messaged saying they couldn't wait to meet us and she sorted out drinks etc on arrival, the model LEO well he was so professional and friendly and gave us all a laugh which is exactly what we needed! The whole experience was A* and if I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Thanks again guys, you helped make memories which will last a lifetime for all 23 of us!!

I was out on a 4 night stag for my son and our mates and we had him booked a dwarf in Benidorm and was let down last min by a different company , I met Jan and Tony in a bar the night before and they had a spare gap in there diary , Jan and Tony made the night fantastic , and will we use again and recommend in the future if needed .def 5 🌟 👌

Our Rep sonny from Benidorm was brillant a real credit to the company,
However the the hole time it didn’t feel like it flowed smoothly the bar craw was a shambles, the spa was a disappointment some of the stuff wasn’t working, just left to do your own thing had no clue how to use the stuff aswell, lunch was the best bit of it,
We stayed at the oasis beach apartments the hot tubs is not clean much just a wipe, food isn’t serviced in the week only untill 5pm very few staff.
Sonny your Rep made sure we was ok each evening.
You need more reps and a lot more organisation

Just came back from a stag do in Benidorm. Booked it with LNOF. Was a superb weekend from start to finish

Our rep Jan was brilliant and was very helpful from start to finish. She was always available and on the end of a phone call when we needed her!

Would highly recommend to use this company if your travelling in a big group!

I don’t even know where to start with how shockingly bad this company is. How it has the rating it has is beyond me.
From the moment I enquired for a hen party I was hounded to book which I did after checking the reviews! They seemed helpful however answers to questions were vague and I realised why when I got on the hen party. From the moment we arrived it went downhill.
A hotel was booked that don’t allow hen parties, different rooms were booked some were in luxury apartments others in tiny rooms (we all paid the exact same price so you can imagine the uproar)
They booked us on events that weren’t running on the day so we had to find our own entertainment, the wrong service was booked on another day for a meal and they weren’t told about one of the girls allergies. One of the events that should’ve been in a large venue ended up being in a tiny venue with limited people which ruined the atmosphere and experience. Worst of all the customer service was absolutely disgraceful!! Dean who is allegedly the sales manager blamed me (the organiser) for THEIR lack of clear communication from Gemma who is his admin assistant. The emergency contact is in Spain so the added expense to call them for them not to be able to do anything is ridiculous.
They booked the worst packages for all events without giving any option to upgrade for better experiences.
I am absolutely gutted for my sister (the bride) we travelled 7 hours to get to the venue for a weekend of non stop disappointment. The package itself was a lot of money and we have all come away with memories of upset and anger!!

Please do not waste your money with this company.

Came to Benidorm on a stag weekend all had an amazing time and our rep jan was fantastic, went above and beyond to help us with all the activities that we booked will defo go back 👌👌👌

Charlotte & Jessica were amazing at answering all my million questions and understanding and helpful when we changed our minds and wanted different activities,
Would definitely use them again next time we go, made my maid of honour duties a whole lot easier!

We have just returned from our fabulous hen party trip to Benidorm.
Our rep Sonny welcomed us on arrival at the hotel Marina and helped with check in and any questions we had about places to eat close to our hotel, sending me links and map references.
Sonny was extremely pleasant and polite throughout our trip suggesting various bars or restaurants to make our trip as enjoyable as possible.
Any difficulties we had with tickets for our pre booked events were dealt with very quickly and professionally.
When our bride to be fell and broke her arm he was very helpful trying to accommodate our group as much as possible.
I would fully recommend Infinity Weekends if you are planning a trip. Sonny absolutely did his best to ensure everyone was well looked after Thank you 💕

Booked a stag weekend in Benidorm with infinity weekends, looking to take some of the hassle out of organising a trip.

Emailed back and forth with Jess for months beforehand getting everything organised, she was quick to reply and incredibly helpful throughout

Our rep Jan who looked after us while we were there was warm and friendly, always at the end of the phone and went out her way to rearrange things last minute that we were late for!

Would recommend Infinity weekends to anyone organising a stag/hen

Great weekend in Benidorm, 12 lads on a stag staying in the marina resort 👌 hotel was class pool parties every day class tunes all day, Rep Jan was superb anything we needed she was there at the end of the phone and came and checked on us frequently too. Only word to describe benidorm is Chaos 🥳 highly recommend infinity weekends too very helpful from minute of booking.

I was in communication with Danni throughout the whole planning and booking stage and I cannot thank her enough, she really helped me figure out what I wanted to book for my Hen do.
