I am really enjoying this serum, but was receiving shipments too frequently. I

The customer service is without a doubt extremely effecient.
I had to cancel an order/subscription as I’m moving and currently in between homes/countries right now.

I’ve been using the serum for only one month now and I really like the consistency. I haven’t used it long enough to have any noticeable change yet, but it feels really nice.

I had ordered one bottle of Rejuvenate Face serum to try it out after all the great reviews I had found. I loved it! So I went back and subscribed with an order of 3 bottles. I believe consistency is key! My order was a little delayed so I contacted Customer Service. Zezza is amazing! Very kind and polite. She was with me from the start, explained to me the reason for the delay and followed through until I received my order. She also added complimentary expedite service to compensate for the delay. I received my first order of serum and was delighted with the results! I had the opportunity to purchase a special offer which I did, but was surprised to see customs charges attached! I immeditaley contacted Zazza in customer service and got everything straightened out including a refund for for the mistaken charges.
