Well, I have had enough, waiting for 'payment', even though they do send many surveys.
I have warned them that I would leave them, but it didn't make any difference, so I behave today, unsubscribed from their site.
I hope they see this, so, if anyone is contemplating joining this company, all I can say is, beware of their complacency.

What a miserable bunch of scammers. Cheat on surveys, cheat on rewards and arbitrarily closing accounts when it suits them.
I reckon if they can cheat a 78 year old out of his earned rewards then they are just morally and ethically bankrupt s***s

Well, when I first joined Toluna, they were very good at sending many surveys to complete, and issuing £10 vouchers, which was my choice, and were issued in a reasonable time. But lately, they have been slow in issuing these vouchers.
About two months ago, I completed two sets of surveys, in very quick fashion, meaning I qualified for two £10 vouchers.
To date, I still have not received these two, and after many many complaints to them, I am still waiting.
On checking on their site at my own records, I see that all my queries/completed surveys, state that they have been resolved!
So, after sending over 30 statements, telling them I haven't received the missing two, they still maintain I have been paid.
I returned by saying that tehy must have been 'stolen' by one of their staff! To date, I still haven't got a result, so told them I would be unsubscribing from them, and still didn't receive an answer.

selten so einen Beschiss gesehen, machst eine Umfrage über Versicherung und am Schluß, sollst du die Umfrage bewerten, ist aber kein Möglichkeit zur Auswahl da und somit kannst du die Umfrage nicht abschließen und du bekommst keine Punkte und das kommt öfter vor. Das ist ein so dermaßen großer Schei....aufen dieses Toluna, mehr geht gar nicht mehr. Der Support antwortet auch nicht.

I have redeemed my points to Amazon reward two times from 31/05/2025 but they are still processing no satisfactory response from suport team after so many enquiries

I reached the threshold amount required for withdrawal and after doing that I was informed that it may take about 1 to 2 weeks to receive my payment but up till this day I have been waiting for nothing and was not further informed or updated about my payment transaction. Toluna Influencers is very disappointing to me and many people are also complaining about the same problem as mine. You need to sort out this issue and stop making other people fools and making them wait for too long for no reason at all. I do not know if I am still going to continue with this website or cancel it totally. This is unacceptable.

Exchanged my points for £35 to paypal and never recieved it after 4 weeks. When I message help I just get a reply each time saying it's been solved. No it HASN'T!!!

Some of the surveys are exceptionally relevant and easy to complete but most are a waste of time and boring.

they took my points away unnecessarily because they claim that they expired. they gave no reminder email and i lost so much. this was also during me being bed ridden which i explained for sitting long periods doing their surveys. hundreds of points lost which i collected and if i keep putting in a complaint about it and requesting my points back for the reasons specified, then they will flag my account. they have even made redeeming points difficult to the point you may never get them. it really is as if they want to take your points away and not reward you. i would give it no stars if i could especially as takes ages to build up points again that are worth anything. i am now going to suffer with back pain for the rest of my life because of them!

This is another scam website. I did apply for my first withdraw and waiting long since i contact them they said you need to wait 1 to 3 weeks.
Stay away with this website, they don't respect your opinion and time!

They blocked my home IP address as 'high fradulent risk' using ipscore.com but when I looked it up, there was no issue. I have excellent reputation. I checked the sources of whatever the score came from. ALL GOOD! But Toluna refused to unblock me.
Then they told me to use another device with another network at another location to avoid the situation. I DID. Less than 2 weeks, they use the same excuse to block me again. I tell them there are many genuine terminals at many facilities are connected as network shared working stations. But the risk is low because it is still secured internet connection. They won't face any reality. Even I show them many SOLID evidence that the IP address they accused as 'highly fraudulent' actually have NO ISSUE. But they obssessively only cite ipscore.com. Refusing to see the picture holistically.
At the time I write this review, ipscore.com has NO issue on my IP address. I actually print screened my own IP address to Toluna and ALL the other sources to support the decency of my IP address. To go even SOLID, I told Toluna that I have registered my IP address with ipscore.com to improve their accuracy and NOT raise false positive.

They keep saying the devices I use have VPN but there is NONE. They refuse to listen and SEE the facts of evidence I showed them.

They are like any bad survey companies that binned people after they have been there for a while, actively participate in their surveys and frequently (in their secret yardsticks) redeem rewards.

I am aware that I am not the only victim here. As I read a couple of other people's comments, they have been through exactly I recently experienced. "We cannot find you a survey." That is how Toluna informed me my IP address 'is blacklisted'.

As I read through other reviews left here, I feel like I am EVEN MORE innocent because I NEVER share my home computer or Toluna account with ANYBODY.

As said, from the source Toluna cited, there is NO SINGLE evidence showing my home IP address is risky. From ALL other sources of evidence I provided Toluna that my IP address is clean, they DO NOT listen.
In fact, they can't stand up to their own suggestion that I should use another device from another connection.

Reality is clear-they WILL bin people after we are there for a while. I read other reviews here that some people have been with Toluna for 10 years. That was extraordinary. Usually these survey companies will bin people for any reason and the MOST COMMONLY ABUSIVELY used reason is 'you are fraudulent'.

This is why I DO NOT want Toluna to see my review. Because they have retailiated another person who left similar review by flagging them here!

The weird thing is there is only one person "Katy" replied all review comments here but when I submitted tickets to Toluna, there is another forever "John Oliver" who replies all the support tickets on their platform. Are they two people's band company?

The "Kathy" here appears to be very sympathetic but the other guy who replies to members tickets at Toluna's platform regarding this particular matter shows another face.

Thing is-Toluna HAS the control and THEY initiate the block of people's IP addresses while blaming others wrong and they 'can't do' anything about it.

Problem is market research companies treat people as free mules. When they get tired of anybody, they WILL come up with any vague reason to bin someone practically. There is no regulation to protect participants.

Honestly, if they randomly cold call any people, what they typically face is instant hang up. But when they come across people who DESERVE to be fairly treated and rewarded with the time and efforts, the equation is not balance.

Rarely you get a survey that you can actually complete.
Mobile app is not good.
They do pay.
Overall not worth the time, but better to earn some petty cash when you are bored.
Edit: Recently, they released a 4 days survey, after completing it, they didn't credit the points as assured. After making me wait for 6 weeks, they say the data I provided has not been used by their client so no points were credited.
