I have recently completed my ISO 27001 LA certification, and the complete process from enrollment to the examination was very smooth and very professional. My support manager, Mr Vipul Aggarwal was very professional when it came to getting me enrolled for the program and scheduling my exam. The trainer, Mr Abhishek Sharma, knows how to deliver the training effectively and make sure all of his students are ready in terms of both the exam and for their career.

I received training for CIPP Europe conducted by International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) from Infosectrain. The experience was wonderful especially simplification of complex topics in the GDPR landscape enabled me to understand deeply the European privacy landscape.

A disaster was the organization of the course. The main topics not only lacked description but also were blurted out one after another, such as from the primary networking issues to multifaceted exploit development. The teacher, who thought he was an expert, was unable to even speak clearly about buffer overflows, and the code examples were incorrect due to syntax errors. I was in such a situation that I was not only confined to the forums and other sources to understand the note but also revisiting the same point numerous times. My aim was to become self-sufficient and grow in confidence, but, contrary to that, I found myself totally agitated and without any will. Instead of gaining confidence, I ended up frustrated and demotivated. If you are thinking about red teaming and you are determined to carry on with it, then it is a great idea to keep the money in your pocket because this course is absolutely no good and a waste of both time and money.

The CIPP/E Coaching was terrible and disastrous all the way through. The instructor knew nothing about GDPR's technical requirements - Article 30 record-keeping was briefly covered in a few sentences, and the topic of data processors vs controllers was not given enough attention as the instructor seemed to take it for granted. I was going to have this certification for a compliance role, but I couldn't take the exam since I had lost $2,000, and the course wasn't taught the important subjects like Schrems II or Binding Corporate Rules. Now my boss has the impression that I am not well informed, and I missed the promotion. The course spoiled my image in the company.

I’ve entered the CRISC Certification training with the expectation that it would allow me to stand out in the cybersecurity field, but it has become a disaster. The trainer hardly clarified the risk assessment frameworks, and the slides were just ISACA manuals' copied content, that was too much text. There were no real-world scenarios, no examples of how to execute COBIT or NIST at work. After having spent weeks trying to get the meaning of it, I ended up with nothing because the course did not include the tactics of solving the questions which are given in the real exam. As a result, I’m actually in the process of coping with the course again using the online materials that are free although my friends, who have taken the great courses, are already finding themselves internships.

They are such a unprofessional people no body have sence to talk, They are living with there own attitudes. Such a disscusting experience I had when I called them just for in inquari. Never recommend anyone to join this nonsence institute

I joined InfosecTrain for their CISSP training, and it’s been a valuable experience. The trainer not only knew the subject inside out but also explained complex ideas in simple ways that anyone could understand. They used real-life examples, which made the sessions relatable and fun. The support team was also up to the mark and responded quickly, on time, and were always ready to help with the queries. Thanks to their guidance, I passed my certification exam on the first attempt!

I enrolled for CISSP course, but was completely disappointed with it.
The support was really was and never responded.
Also they don't respond to calls for issues once you have enrolled.

The instructors lacked the expertise I had hoped for. Their explanations were often vague, and they seemed more focused on completing the course than on ensuring students understood the material. When I reached out for clarification on key topics, the responses were slow and unhelpful, further adding to my frustration.

Lastly, the promised interactive elements and hands-on activities were virtually nonexistent. Instead of practical exercises that could reinforce learning, we were left with a monotonous lecture format that did little to engage or challenge us.

the CISSP course fell far short of my expectations. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone seeking a quality learning experience. Save your time and money for a program that truly delivers on its promises.

I wouldn't recommend this course if you're looking for clear guidance and a solid understanding of the material.

First and foremost, the course material was outdated and overly dense. Instead of engaging content, I was bombarded with a barrage of convoluted jargon that felt more like a poorly written technical manual than an educational resource. It was incredibly difficult to follow, and the lack of real-world examples made the concepts feel abstract and irrelevant.

The instructors didn’t help either. Many seemed disinterested and unprepared, offering little more than a read-through of the slides. There was no encouragement for questions or discussion, making it feel like a one-way lecture that drained any enthusiasm I had.

The online platform was equally frustrating. Glitches, slow loading times, and confusing navigation made the experience more of a headache than a learning opportunity. And don’t even get me started on the forums – they were a ghost town, with no support or guidance when I needed it most.

In terms of value, this course was a complete waste of time and money. I expected to come away with actionable knowledge and skills, but instead, I feel more lost than when I started. Save your time and resources; there are far better courses out there that actually prepare you for the real world of cybersecurity. Avoid CISSP at all costs!
