Ingage has yet to provide the service…
Ingage has yet to provide the service and product as promised. We hired and paid Ingage to furnish the entire in home sales presentation and monthly services back in 2024. Yes, you read that correctly, the year 2024. they were utilizing a third party service provider back then and the in home sales presentation was promised to us no later than the beginning of May 2024. An in home sales presentation was started but not completed in July of 2024 and then we were ghosted by Ingage. Eventually, Ingage determined that they wanted more money from us and I explained the issue and fact that they still haven't provided the product and service we were promised. We were finally assigned someone who very quickly figured out the deficiencies and in complete work. Although we paid for hands off white hat build out of the presentation, we reluctantly spent countless hours working with the Ingage employee in an effort to finish the presentation. It has now been almost two years and we still do not have a fully functioning and optimized presentation. And you may have guessed... What do you think Ingage wants again? More money! Stay away! Far, far away.
