Wonderful service.
I have been using the company for many years. The staff are always very helpful. When the packaging changed I wasn't sure which was the equivalent one to what I have always used, and they were able to tell me quickly. It is easy to order and is normally dispatched on the same day.

My nails and hair are so healthy
My hairdresser said my hair was in much better condition, I can only put it down to ingenious pills. And I’ve noticed my nails are healthier.

Seems to be working

Changed my skin tone for the better

Havent really noted much of a change…
Havent really noted much of a change despite taking them for a long time (for 1 year). Going to stop because I struggle to take so many (4) at a time. Just too many supplements. If they compacted them into 2 I might reconsider.

I've been using ingenious collagen…
I've been using ingenious collagen capsules for maybe a couple of years now and can honestly say my nails are as weak now as when I started and I never noticed a difference in,my skin or hair.. also since Ingenious changed hands the capsules have changed in colour and smell unpleasant. When I wrote a,previous review I got a message back saying they can take maybe a few months for results to show. Well I think I've given them a good go and considering how expensive they are it's probably time to stop.

I am sorry to hear that you have not noticed any significant difference since taking our capsules.
Firstly, Ingenious has not changed hands, we went through a rebrand late last year, we updated our packaging, and site. We informed all our customers of this change at the time.
Rest assured our formula has not changed in any way, many years of research and development have gone into creating our unique, tried and clinical tested formula.
The reason that colours vary between orders is that each batch of Astaxanthin is slightly different, it is derived from living algae and will have colour variation.
Regarding not seeing results, there are factors which can slow down or inhibit results. Lack of vitamin D is one, most people are deficient, we would suggest adding a good Vitamin d with K2 to your daily routine. As our capsules work from the inside out, if you have a more active lifestyle, your collagen use is going to be higher than others, your muscles and joints will be using a bit more collagen, this may also delay your aesthetic results.

I am sorry to hear this, it is most unusual.
Results can vary between individuals, some people experience results in the first couple of weeks, others may take longer.
In some cases, your body may be using collagen in places that 'need' it more than your skin, hair, and nails in the first instance. This will inevitably lead to the visible signs of improvement taking longer. Consistency is key.

Wellbeing
Wellbeing is very important for everyone
