I think this is a scam... AVOID!!
First time ordering from this company and their own brand ink cartridges. Delivery was quick but that was the only good thing I could say about them. The cartridges don't work and their customer service keep asking for various photos of the printer, the error code, the cartridges, another request with each email I send. I am now 13 emails in and no further along with resolving the issue. I am sure they use bots to wear a customer out before they give up.
