AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The company committed to a delivery time frame and failed to meet it. Received order confirmation and shipping confirmations which were completely false. Had to proactively reach out to the customer service team for resolution. They are limited in resource responses, and subsequently could not assist. Management shirk responsibility and fail to answer calls when forwarded.

Ink Masters / Top Banana are the worst

Ink Masters / Top Banana - worst company to deal with.
Update 2: the company has completely ignored my email about receiving substituted items. What I ordered is still available on the website as in stock, its a complete joke how poorly run this company is. The energy spent changing business names would be better invested in training all staff in how to do their jobs properly to avoid issues such as my experience. Unfortunately it seems this is a pattern of this company. I have now had to escalate with PayPal to try and get back some of the money I wasted with this incompetent business.

Update 1: items finally received today and they were poorly packaged and squashed in transit as well as been the incorrect items.
The items I ordered are IN STOCK and available to ship, so why send substitutes? I'd say because they have sent a cheaper product and do not care about their customers in any way shape or form
Paypal dispute opened as I am not hopeful that this sorry excuse of a business will do anything to rectify the issues they have caused me.
If I could give zero stars I would.
Ignored my order and if I had never chased it up nothing would have ever been sent.
Ignored my request for a refund nearly 2 weeks after ordering (due to it not being sent yet).
Said they could deliver by the date I needed the items by and then delayed shipping further and SENT my order on the day I said I needed it to arrive.
Used the slowest and worst courier service in aus (couriers please) which has caused even further delays.
The attention to detail and level of care shown by Robert and this company is unbelievabley bad and I would never recommend you waste your time or money on this company like I did.

SCAMMERS. STOLE $720+ OFF A PENSIONER. WONT RETURN CALLS, IR EMAILS AND WONT ACCEPPT CALLS FOR ANYONE AFTER A REFUND. IF THATS NOT FRAUD, THEN WHAT IS?

Stuffed up order

Called and spoke to sales member in December 22 and ordered two Brother ink cartridges based on the guys advice re model. Opened one cartridge yesterday, and it is the wrong model! Called to discuss error, and the lady said the guy who took my order left so they carn't verify who's error it was. Really!? She agreed to a free pickup of these cartridges and I had to pay an extra $27 for one correct cartridge. I tried calling this morning (9am) and no one is answering any of the lines. I have not received the promised email invoice or further information on delivery. They may be Australian owners but their call centre is in the Philippines. I am not going to use this company again.

Very slow delivery

Purchased in stock items but took a week to arrive. Needed it the next day. Has happened twice now from this supplier, will not use again.

Increase Your Order and We'll Dispatch. (Hell, no!)

Ordered on 4 Dec 2022 (nearly 3 months ago). All items I ordered were marked as in stock and ready for dispatch. Received an email a couple of days later asking me to increase the order and they would dispatch immediately. I said no, dispatch my order,as requested, as paid for, immediately. Since then, silence. No reply to emails, a message machine when called.
A PayPal dispute has been logged. Lets see what happens next.

Old used items sold as new

Old used items sold as new! FRAUD. I have purchased NEW HP printer product. I received a reconditioned used product. Contacted their team for support. I initially was assured that the product I received was new (I call BS), so I photographed and returned the pictures. Since then I have had no reply, no contact and they will not take my calls requesting a refund. STAY CLEAR of this dodgy FRAUDULENT company! (

Appalling Service

Bought HP compatible toner cartridges that doesn't work. Impossible to remove the microchip to stick on the new toner cartridge.
The account manager, Sam argued that it's possible and since the package has been opened they are unable to resell it.
I said, of course it has been opened, how do I know if it's working or not if I haven't open it up.
The account manager then request that I send back the package to them at my own cost so that they can get the technician to put it on for me.
My question is, if it's that easy why do they need a technician to do it for me. Any staff member can do it. Anyway, it has been since 2/6/22 that I emailed to the account manager on numerous times and rang on numerous occasion till now 25/8/22 I haven't heard from them.
My final call made on 9/8/22 asking to speak to the customer service manager to lodge a complaint on defective product, lack of response and I've been told to speak to the same account manager.
Not getting anywhere 2+ months that I insist to exchange to one that works.
The account manager insist me buying a new one while waiting for the technician to fix it up.
That is terrible service, how do I know if the new one has the same problem. Due to the lack of response, defect product they are selling I am running out of patience with them and now ask for a refund instead and buy a new toner from elsewhere.
They said no refunds and delivery took 1 month to arrive.
Inkmasters is very effecient in taking your money, very poor customer service.
I suggest to all buy from elsewhere to save yourself the time to follow up with no response.
Don't understand how they can run business like this.

Very odd

Very odd to have brought masks that are anti-fog that cost $70 and then be called up asking, since they’ve sold out, if id be okay with masks from a different brand that aren’t anti-fog (and are sold for $16.37, that’s $50 i wouldn’t have gotten back). let’s hope this refund goes through, i shall update what happens

Paid for Genuine Fuji Xerox Drums -received faulty drums, have been made multiple promises to replace / fix problem without resolution - now calls are blocked - this has been going on for 2 months +
Not surprising they have a 1.9 out of 5
