Après un désagrément de voir la réception de cartouches périmées et après un échange de mails, je tiens à préciser que cette Société a fait preuve d’honnêteté et m’a remboursé intégralement mon achat défectueux.

Pack de 4 cartouches BROTHER LC900 d'origine acheté, j'ai pu imprimer environ 5 pages de texte coloré avant que l'ensemble des cartouches ne soient inutilisables. Ces cartouches me permettent d'habitude d'imprimer plus de 500 pages. En revanche la livraison est très rapide. Plus jamais inkrobot.fr

My cartridges (HP364) were delivered the next day and were in excellent condition. They came in a plane envelope, with the 4 cartridges in the original cellophane wrapping. They fitted and worked as expected. Amazing value and very efficient service.

I have seen some negatives, however I can only speak about my experience. Firstly the price of the LC3217 (Brother Ink Cartridge Set) was up to £17.00 cheaper on Ink Robot and with bang on next day delivery was truly impressive. And the product worked perfectly.

I ordered toner from Ink Robot. Because the original box was damaged, the toner was about £30 cheaper than everywhere else. I ordered on Friday at Noon. By 2pm I got an email saying it was dispatched. Saturday morning it was delivered.

J'ai eu un probléme avec 2 cartouches quasi-vides. Aussitôt le message posté, Inkrobot a été réactif et m'a renvoyé les cartouches en notifiant 100% remboursé en cas de problémes. Très bon SAV, à recommander. Merci

Recently ordered a new HP XL 300 black cartridge from Ink Robot. Think this is the third time we’ve used them for our cartridges
As they’re quite local to us we now collect directly from them. Their pricing is always competitive and their service, always exemplary. Highly recommended

Not impressed. Bought HP cartridge because it was a couple of pounds cheaper than another supplier. It may state, on their Web site, out of manufacturers warranty, but I do not think 2.5 YEARS out of warranty is acceptable. I rang & spoke to someone who tried to persuade me to try using the cartridge because it 'should' be OK & if not I could return it. Having looked at their returns policy, all items must be 'as delivered'. I have returned the cartridge unused & am still waiting for the return to be acknowledged let alone my refund as per their Ts & Cs. The only positive was the free postage & returns label

The cyan cartridge that I bought from ink robot on my printer was stated as not genuine and now even my scanner won't work and my printer will not even connect to my computers. When I searched why it is because it is not a genuine epson so nothing can now work. They said I was reinbursed just for the cyan alone £6.24 GBP, which is useless as I cannot use my printer and scanner at all.

Am very disappointed. Bought what I believed to be genuine Epson 8nk cartridges. Must admit when they arrived I was a little sceptical as they weren't in the original Epson Leopard plastic container however decided to give them benefit of the doubt. I did not have reason to use the inks until today but as soon as I did, the colour ink changed to green and then my printer came up with an error message "cannot recognise ink cartridges". As I bought these a little while ago, I presume it is too late to return them and so have wasted over £30. Just wanted to prepare anyone considering buying inks. These are not original or genuine cartridges.

Inkrobot contacted me direct after I wrote this review to apologise. They think the inks sent were out of date but were adamant the inks were genuine. They replaced my order and sent new ones within 2 or 3 days. I haven't tried the new ones yet but am grateful to the company getting back in contact and it has helped regain my faith in them.

Whilst searching for competitively priced Canon ink cartridges, I came across Ink Robot. I hadn't heard of them before but checked them out. They stocked what I wanted and at a decent cost, due to the fact the 'cartridge' may be out of date but they guarantee the product to work effectively. It was easy to place an order, the individual cartridges were well packaged ready for a speedy dispatch and free delivery was swift. I have yet to use the product so cannot honestly say how well it performs hence only 4*, but with the assurance of a guarantee, I'm sure all will be well.
