Ordered body wash base, came discoloured and smelling really bad. Emailed company who became defensive and blames me for adding the smell. Very unqualified behaviour, called this out to receive a snarky condescending email reply. Awful customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Awful company. Ordered pomegranate seed oil 50ml. Came and was of a very odd texture almost crystallised. Opened off and a few bits fell off (not much) but then melted over the bottle. Warmed it up to see if it made a difference then used the dropper to use it. The bottle was half full!!
Messaged explained I use a lot of the inky products was disappointed by this.
Response was zero about the half full bottle just “we’re not the same company as the skin care products”
Fine but the bottle you sent me was half full! Had nothing back. Joke calling the department customer care!
Keep away at all costs!!

Do not buy from the this company the products are not legit. Brought pomegrante oil and pumpkin oil both were the wrong colour. They have not even responded to my email for a return.

Stay well away from this comapny very bad products.

I ordered 1 litre of organic cold pressed jojoba oil believing that it would be delivered in non-plastic containers (having read their 'what to expect' web page with regards to packaging). My bad, I misunderstood the packaging guide slightly with regards to carrier oils, although it was very unclear. Not only did the oil arrive in plastic packaging - it arrived as two lots of 500ml each packaged in 2.5litre containers - very bulky and not user friendly for pouring from on a daily basis! I contacted customer services who advised that I could return for a refund but that I would have to do this at my own expense. I'm giving two stars as opposed to one because the young lady I spoke to on the phone was polite and understanding and agreed to the return.

I ordered Cold Pressed Organic Argan Oil but received the wrong product. When I contacted the company, they were rude and claimed it was a mislabeled item. However, inside the product I received didn't match the description on their website of what I actually ordered. I pointed out that even if it was mislabeled, the information on the product, like the expiry date, would also be wrong. Despite this, the company was unhelpful and said there was nothing they could do. I wouldn't recommend this company. You’re better off checking out Naissance for what you need.
