- There have been no additional charges or failed payment attempts associated with your account from our side. We use Stripe as our payment processor, which ensures transparent and secure transactions.
- Considering you've upgraded only on the 2nd of January, refunds cannot be issued mid-subscription as per our policy; however, you are welcome to cancel your subscription at any time to prevent further charges. To do so, simply navigate to Edit Profile in the upper right menu after logging in your profile, select Paid Membership, and cancel your subscription from there.
Regarding the visibility of your pitch, our platform provides tools and access to connect with active investors; however, it's essential to note that engagement outcomes often depend on how profiles are presented and leveraged. We'd be happy to assist you with optimizing your profile to enhance its visibility to the right investors.
Additionally, we noticed that your account is currently set up as a startup profile. If your goal is to connect with potential startups as a VC (based on the current description in your profile), we recommend creating a VC profile instead. This will allow you to pass a free verification process with our VC analysts and gain access to features tailored for venture capital investors.
