A while ago, I saw an ad for Innocraftsman
A while ago, I saw an ad for Innocraftsman. It was a lathe and a drill press. I noticed that they were made of metal and very carefully. The simplified construction gave them a cyberpunk feel. When I saw the scale of their production, I couldn't stop thinking about them. I don't know about other people, but I always wanted a lathe and a drill press at home. I went to the Innocraftsman website and knew I could fulfill my dream. I ordered an 80W lathe, a 24V Powerpro drill, and a Mini Electric Belt Sander. I also ordered accessories. The order totaled 10 items. I paid and waited. Of course, I knew there were risks involved with such a purchase. I'd never seen these devices anywhere else online, and this was my first time buying from Innocraftsman. The first shipment was a lathe. I assembled and powered it up. I found a 15mm brass rod and started machining. It was beautiful. The next shipments are the next items from the order: a PowerPro 24V drill – a marvel. a Mini Electric Belt Sander – superb. With a sander, you need to stabilize it, but its size and capabilities are fantastic. Two things to remember: this equipment is small and DIY, and you need to know how to operate such machines beforehand. Once you have that knowledge, the joy of using the machines remains. Besides the machines, I bought a world-class fractal vise and an Adjustable XY-Axis Platform for 1-Inch Micro Vise – so no more worries about where to drill a hole. With the Adjustable XY-Axis Platform for 1-Inch Micro Vise, I can set the position for machining with great accuracy. During the order, I noticed two accessories were missing. I contacted Innocraftsman. I was prepared to lose about $40. A day later, they sent me a package with the missing pieces. Great. And I also received a gift :) In summary, Innocraftsman is very reliable and professional. Their customer service is top-notch. The equipment I purchased is carefully and precisely made. If someone expects colorful boxes and detailed instructions on what a lathe is and how to use it, they shouldn't buy it. If someone wants to learn how to do it and explore mini industrial equipment, they should buy it. Ultimately, before that happens, a lathe, drill press, vise, or other tool from Innocraftsman will look great on the shelf. Someone might say, "I could build one myself," and that's possible. However, I don't think it will be as beautiful or functional as the equipment from Innocraftsman.
