Bought the cream coloured manual kitchen scales. They are amazing, good quality and came well packed and protected. They look good on my kitchen worktop. Speedy delivery too!

Never buying any of their stuff again.
After sales assistance absolutely useless. I emailed asking what type of replacement brew head gasket seal I needed and where I could buy them. It took a week of going round and round in circles, including me sending a full photo of the machine I bought and a photo of the model No. etc underneath until they finally sent me a photo of the coffee holder and asked me which part I wanted! I mean, surely they could have asked somebody who might have an idea of what a brew head gasket up. They could even have looked it up on the internet! I've given up. Never buying any of their stuff again.

Dear Tony Lashley,
Thank you for reaching out to us. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience you've experienced. Unfortunately, we do not have a coffee gasket for the specific model you mentioned.
To better assist you, we would greatly appreciate it if you could provide us with more information about your product by pointing out the part number from the instructional manual. Additionally, without a receipt or photos, we are unable to assist you via email and hence it has taken us a bit longer. If you can provide these details, we would be more than happy to help you find a solution.
We apologise again for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Best regards,

Fantastic service and product
Fantastic service and product. I have a large airfryer oven and it's been fantastic. I accidentally broke the glass door when cleaning it when it was hot. The company were fantastic at responding to me and allowing me to purchase the glass for the door by itself without replacing the unit. Thank you!
