Unless you’re drafting and filing the patent entirely on your own, working with any firm will require a level of trust and transparency. I am well aware of the different alternatives how to seek patent, trade mark, copyright and so on. Your website did not add anything to that list. I expected a lot more like specific advice.

When I first made contact with this company about 1 year ago, the names which I dealt with were:
Alastair Swanwick and
Barbara Bouffard.
I have written a letter and sent an email addressed to these two individuals; but I have NOT received the courtesy of an acknowledgement or a reply.
These two individuals seem to have disappeared into thin air. Are they still alive? ?

It's a comprehensive pack thank you. However I am more confused than before. I would like to see my idea happen but it appears that without money it won't happen. It's difficult to understand if my project needs copyright, patent or trademark. I think I will need to research more into how to make this possible.

Fashion Branding - Brilliant Service
Fashion Branding - Brilliant service! Being a first time founder of a business, I had the idea but Emma and Donna had the skill and knowledge to get me to where I wanted to be.
They provided me with a brilliant service that took my initial idea for a sportswear brand to physical prototypes of the products that I could test and try. They were professional throughout, and Donna’s experience in the design and manufacturing world was evident as she took all the stress from my shoulders and explained the process to me clearly and calmly.
I felt that they clearly understood my idea, the background and long term plan and helped suggest the best services they could provide to help me progress.
I would 100% recommend their service to any new founders I, I don’t think I would have got to where they got me to within the few months working together, and certainly would not have got such a great first prototype of the product.
They were so great I have engaged them to support me further in the development.

But the problem is how I can find the right financial organ in uk? since I am from Ethiopia. And how to proceed the licensing my invention to establish types of contract stated in your information. We completely understand the concern, and just to clarify: our 15-year NDA is designed to give plenty of protection. In fact, it goes well beyond the industry standard. If an idea hasn’t been developed or launched in that timeframe, it’s often because either the market has changed or the concept may no longer be commercially viable — not because it wasn’t a good idea to begin with.
But more importantly — we never repurpose or “bank” unused ideas. That’s not how we work. Our focus is 100% on helping you move your project forward, not keeping your ideas on file for our own benefit. The NDA is there to protect your confidentiality, and we take that seriously.
