The location that we are Stephen clearly explained to me the process as this zone is a bit difficult to obtain. But by receiving his conditions before he submit to the Council, I was relief about it. I recently took the face to face APLH course in Bournemouth. It was a great course and Kelli was hugely knowledgeable and friendly.
Lunch was provided and the whole experience was well worth doing the course in person rather than online - I passed the exam and was given the results instantly which was brilliant.

The lecture notes and sessions were very detailed and easy to understand. I must say you will need to emphasize on the downloadable materials as these really helped. It took me awhile due to my workload, but once I made up my mind to finish it, it was done. Thanks for the online help too during the setup. All good guys.

I was totally satisfied with the service I received from Innpacked. I had a successfull outcome, despite having 8 objections plus the local town council to my application. I am certain that I would not have had overcome on my own. It was only with the professional guidance of Stephen that I achieved this result.
