Very helpful from the start and as it was our first premises licence we had applied for it meant I could concentrate on other things. Thank you to all with your advice and help!

The on line exam was awkward with the…
The on line exam was awkward with the technical requirements. It felt overboard the need to clear your table, remove your watch etc... There was also a delay in my certificate been issued but Stephen has been excellent in chasing this down.

Friendly and helpful
Unfortunately the course was canceled last minute and I was not informed, however they were quick to re arrange the course and exam to be completed online.

Great courses. Great advice. Very helpful.
Lots of good advice and swift communication. Answered questions promptly and follow up phone call to check we were ready for exams and if we had any further requirements. Would definitely recommend.

Very good course well designed, easy to follow and understand. Has mock tests for each individual subject and a full mock test at the end to prepare you for your exam
