Bought online. Sadly not right for me but easily returned to my local Inov8 shop.

Boots ordered online over the weekend, despatched Monday, arrived Wednesday. Well packed - just a sealed bag around the OEM box. Arrived as described.
Lost a star because I had been in email contact with Inov8 re stock levels etc and knowing that I was going to place an order could have given me a heads up that the boots I wanted would feature in the Black Friday sale.
Re-gained the star as I procratinated and by the time I ordered, Black Friday sale was on and I saved 1/3rd :)

I’ve returned to inov8 after 10 years of non fell running because I remembered them as my favourite fell running brand and in 10 years they have got even better. Awesome product range that performs exceptionally and great staff in store who know their stuff

After visiting the shop in the lake District, we decided to buy from the online store. The website is extremely efficient and the customer service in the shop was fantastic. Needless to say, the quality of the gear is incredible!

I have had a least 30 pairs of Inov shoes over the years, both trail running, road shoes and gym shoes. I have not been disappointed with any of my choices.

The shoes and indeed clothing have been delivered very promptly and I am more than happy with this aspect also. I have visited the Stavely store several times and have been very happy with the service that was provided. All of the people I dealt with have been knowledgeable and only too willing to pass this on to help me with my choices. Well done Inov 👏👏

The staff at your Stavely shop took my old shoes for recycling and unexpectedly informed me of a 20% complimentary discount of which I was not aware! So thanks for that! The shoes arrived in 2 days which was excellent and like all Innov8 shoes look the real deal though I've yet to test them. G-grip has massively impressed me in the past so I expect no problems there! My only issue with Innov8 products in the past has been durability so I'm hoping to see improvement there.

Easy online ordering. Very friendly and helpful email enquiries service. Super helpful and knowledgeable team in the Staveley store. Good layout, plenty of stock to try (and great coffee, cakes and bread next door!). Easy refunds process.

The size i ordered was too small around my shoulders. I went into the store and was dealt with promptly and with professionalism yet with an approachable manner.

Great price, better in store but my size wasn't in store on the 5th.
Really pleased with the fit only walked around the house up to now , Santa is holding onto them until Xmas day.
