Niet bestellen!!
Ik heb in juni een bestelling gedaan bij het bedrijf. Netjes binnen de retourtermijnen teruggestuurd. Helaas nog steeds geen geld teruggestort na een paar weken. Er wordt geen reactie gegeven op de mails en telefonisch zijn ze ook niet meer bereikbaar! Ik zou hier niet bestellen!!!

Product besteld, binnen de termijn geretourneerd. Al meerdere malen toegezegd gekregen dat ik mijn geld teruggestort zou krijgen, maar dat is na weken nog steeds niet gebeurd. Op mails wordt niet meer gereageerd.

Pas op: webshop verkoopt neppe artikelen
Pas op: Deze website verkoopt neppe producten! We kochten een Dyson Airwrap voor €400 als Moederdag kado. Mijn moeder klaagde dat het product slecht werkte en nadat ze de mijne had geprobeerd (ik heb een airwrap via de Dyson website gekocht) kwamen we erachter dat die van haar nep is. Toen we ook het serienummer invulde en de twee producten (die van haar en die van mij) naast elkaar hadden gelegd, bleek die van haar nep te zijn! Kortom; als een product te goedkoop is om waar (of echt) te zijn dan is dat het ook niet!

Counterfeit Dyson Airwraps on sale
My wife bought Dyson Airwrap. They claim its cheaper because of exclusion of VAT or smth like that. Product box was scrappy and opened before multiple times , inside was a fake Dyson airwrap with multiple manufacturing defects and crappy build dyson heads. Glad that return procedure was smooth and money got returned. Would advise for them to check their stock. As selling counterfeit items is against the EU law.

We krijgen geen contact, via mail geen respons en telefoon is niemand bereikbaar waarna verbinding wordt verbroken. We hebben iets geretourneerd maar geen geld terug ontvangen.
