I purchased a Beast Drive BD-11 Lightning Lizard by '52 Toys', the price was better compared to UK eBay which seemed overpriced for this type of toy. I asked for the item to be shipped to Poland as we were going there for Christmas, and it arrived within circa 2 weeks without any issues. It was shipped from China or HK (I am not sure exactly), but the toy is a legitimate high quality toy. 5-star seller, highly recommended.

First time buying from a Hobby store that is different from the usual anime goods store. Was quite impressed by the different products, got in contact with their support to clear a couple doubts and everything went allright.

Got a pre-order, and made 2 extra purchases with them. One arrived alright, and the 2nd one is ongoing, it was separated in two, and I noticed it was to lower shipping costs (one is likely a big box, the other likely could be sent via small packet).

Have had no problems with them, and is the store I took as an example to look more into this alternative market.

Company misinformed customers about stock for a product. Mine, along others orders have been cancelled. Company did not respond to emails. Very disappointing and frustrating.

I ordered an event-exclusive figure from INS Hobby about two weeks ago, beyond overjoyed to have it. However, some friends and I (who all ordered the same product) quickly discovered they greatly miscounted their own stock without outright informing any customers.

One friend had his order canceled early on alongside many others within the community; meanwhile, others had their figure shipped out. A friend and I, however, had no update either way, so we both emailed them. 12 days have passed with no response.

A friend of ours, who ordered his after both of us, and also just had happened to have ordered from them prior, had his shipped out immediately. He offered to ask about our order statuses for us, and he got a reply back in hours stating it was all in limbo.

Today, I open my email to see my order had been canceled without any explanation given - just a mere canceled statement.

They miscounted their stock, never responded to my friend and I, prioritized more recent orders over ours, and offered no cancellation explanation. Customer service does not seem to cross their mind or skill-set in the slightest. I couldn’t not recommend this storefront enough.

At first i was hesitant to try a new store to get my figures but INS Hobby came thru with my purchase and they were so responsive and helpful. I messaged them regarding my concern for a gift and when i needed it by and they were able to get my item out right away. Five stars. Received my item in record time! Will defo be back to buy from them again

Today I received my Kankuro brick-minifigure and the quality was stunning and the shipping surprisingly fast. Thanks alot for everything. =D

Ordered Hiya Mothra from them and item came in fast and in great packaging!
Hope they can restock Kong and Rodan in near future

I've used this site a few times already this year and I can't say anything but their service is a real lifesaver. As a content creator, getting new releases in quickly is a big deal and INS Hobby has that covered beautifully! Excellent customer service, great pre-order prices, a lovely selection of region-specific releases, and then some! My orders are always packaged up securely, and shipping Is pretty speedy all things considered!

They're an absolute 'go-to' for imports and services overall!

Orders a 500 dollar statue, and was hit with an additional 350 dollars in shipping fees that were not advertised at the time of purchase. Shipment came in carboard boxed with low quality Styrofoam. Upon opening the package it was apparent one of the parts of the statue was shattered and the company claims it was shipping in "parts" for safe handling. Never mind the clear fracture marks and sheered metal frame that doesn't line up for connection as they claimed. Additionally other parts had the smaller bits snapped off due to poor packaging and several of the alternate parts were missing from my order. Currently working with their customer service for a full refund but even with that this is a one star review because the high quality fragile product was shipping in poor packaging and the company tried to play off damages as "intended shipping safety measures"

I ordered the Zelda Stable and it did not have all the pieces needed to put it together (starting with the entire bag #1). I have communicated with them but they say “it SHOULDNT be missing any pieces”. Of course, it SHOULDNT be missing pieces. Then they told me to take a picture of the missing piece. I told them “I don’t have the missing piece(s) to take a picture of”. I explained that the whole bag #1 was missing but they acted like they couldn’t understand what I was talking about. I am SO disappointed! This was a Valentine’s Day present for my granddaughter and it’s been nothing but trouble and disappointment!

It's safe and legit.
It's only run by 2 people, that's probably why it looks so suspicious.
