I had a very bad experience with this company. The service itself was not very good either. When I later decided to cancel, things became even more frustrating. One staff member told me the cancellation fee would be around $150, but another employee named David later told me it was actually $450. He claimed he was the head manager and “the boss,” and that he had the final say. Getting completely different answers from the same company is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.

The communication was misleading from the beginning, and I feel deceived by the way the contract terms and charges were presented. Very disappointed with this experience and would not recommend them.

They were good until I needed them to fulfill upon the warranty. For 2 months texted, emailed, went on company website and filled out form saying I have bugs and spiders. No one contacts me back. Tried several times and last one on corporate site I asked if kelowna was no longer in business. Nothing back so I get another company. Today they reach out with an appointment for my 4th service. I saod cancel, explained and they said although I can cancel anytime I still have to pay for it. They take no accountability that they broke the contract by not fulfilling upon warranty, no response and they said we'll you should have phoned instead. I personally like a paper trail especially for warranty issues. So now they are just going to bill me. So wrong. Be ware. They were good until they weren't.

I made a mistake by signing a contract I thought was for a year that turned out to be for multiple years and when I terminated services for lack of benefit I was hit with a 400 dollar penalty. Bad on me for not reading the fine print.

Stay far away from Insight! A pushy door-to-door salesman told me it was a no-obligation trial for $50 and that I could cancel anytime without penalty. He had me sign a tablet that only showed a signature box. Well, turns out I signed a 12-month contract. When the service didn't work and I tried to cancel, they hit me with a $250 cancellation fee.

Meeting with Hanah and talking about the task at hand. I was very impressed with the great customer service, knowledge about all outdoor related concerns and the education of all outdoor pests. Was able to observe Hannah working today and was very impressed to the end. A very thorough and complete job around the entire house. We had a service for whole year. And were very satisfied with the service. Especially have to mention technician Ricardo who is polite and professional.

Mike from Insight gave service today, and he always listens to my concerns and addresses them. In addition to checking the crawlspace, he put a non-toxic spider deterrent in all the nooks and crannys of the garage and shed, as well as around the house. Thank you so much for your continued help!

Jax was polite, informative and friendly. He went out of his way to ask relevant questions , did not rush me, and made sure I was getting a service I wanted. He explained safety for my pets, and on the day he was very good with my 2 autistic sons. Highly recommended

Insight pest came to my door offering services in the neighbourhood. The sales guy was very shady in the way he presented the "4 treatments" contract. No cancellation was ever mentioned before he shoved a contract in my face to agree to the treatments. After the first treatment and a free call back I had more ants and wasps in my yard than I ever had before. I asked to cancel any further treatments and was met with a $200+ cancellation fee. So now I'm supposed to be out over $400 for a service that didn't work. I should have read the reviews prior to signing up as it seems this is fairly common. I have received other pest control services and they have always worked after the first treatment. It makes sense that they need to rope you into a contract because no one would ever call for a repeat service since it doesn't work.

Vendeur sur la route Kevin qui ment comme il respire, les services offerts sont très dispendieux versus ce que leur vendeur/menteur nous a dit. Je ne recommande vraiment pas leurs services, beaucoup trop dispendieux. La compagnie endosse tout ce que leur menteur vous dit, très déçu.

Beware this company. I missed the fine print and was being charged almost $100 per month and then I had to pay over $500 to cancel service!!!

Rohit came to me home and was very thorough with the inside and outside of my house. He was very helpful. I will request him next time.

Amazing work by Jax today, we conversated on what i needed for my home and he gave me a run down on what he was going to do, how long that would take and how his products work. He is quick, thorough and got the job done within a timely manner. I recommend this company and jax the tech to get rid of pest and get your house back into order.
