I ordered the size rings I thought we needed, they were couples rings, unfortunately one was too large, sent it back and asked for a size down. All sorted quickly. Lovely rings and great service.

Beautiful jewelry and great customer service! I wanted two of the same wedding bands, but the size i needed wasn't on the drop down menu, so i left a note specifying the size I needed. The products arrived fast and they fit perfectly, each in their own box.

I am more than floored. Exactly as advertised and the photography does it justice on the website. They showed up attractively packaged in very beautiful wooden boxes, one for each of the pair. They sent a ring sizer for free, so I got the exact fit I wanted and so did my fiancee. It was very important for the rings to be the correct size, and they were perfect. It is absolutely beautiful in the sun with the play of the light on the lighter and darker shades of the agate. My fiancee said it reminds her of a forest topped with the brilliant sun of the opals. Customer service was fantastic, shipping was relatively quick and I recommend them highly. 100% satisfaction.

I purchased me and wife wedding rings from here.... I am absolutely happy with them and engraving added the finishing touch.

My partner and I were looking to get married, but we are a same sex couple, after we chose and purchased the rings I noted that their was a discount for his and hers pairs. But we wanted hers and hers.
Although we had completed the purchase Insignia was kind enough to give us a refund for the difference.

The rings? They are both beautifully crafted and I love the cosmic connection.

I made a mistake and forgot to add my email on order for tracking, the lovely kind oerson on the customer support sector amazingly responded at this time (10:50pm) and instantly helped me out having my tracking number within seconds. second order from this jewellers and the quality is outstanding

Can't rate this company enough. We found a wedding ring online made with black ceramic and crushed sapphire but it was from the US and couldn't find anyone to replicate in the UK. Insignia made the exact ring for us from a photo and its better than we ever expected.
