2 person outdoor sauna looks great in my garden
Received my new 2 person outdoor infrared sauna on Friday which was fully installed by Insignia (except for the electrical connection). Really pleased with the quality and design which has exceeded expectation. The maintenance free wood effect aluminum outer case is such a bonus compared to a natural wood that needs to be treated. Jamie helped me with the purchase which was seamless. Craig and Alex did the install which was trouble free and professional. Alex took the time to explain the controls which was much appreciated. Good job Insignia!

Outdoor hybrid sauna
Jamie provided information and guidance when selecting the hybrid sauna and was in regular contact.Good liaison with ourselves and electrician to ensure correct wiring and the delivery and installation team were very professional. The sauna looks great, both infra red and traditional functions are easy to use. We were advised on what finish to apply to the outside and on maintenance. We would strongly recommend this company

All my correspondence was dealt with in a timely fashion and therefore no complaints.
The sauna was delivered on time, well packaged and no damage/s to anything.
Sauna was built (by myself and a friend) without any problems. I did give it 2 coats of Barn Paint where needed before it was built, as i did not want to get caught out with the weather and all went well.
All in all from my initial enquires, purchasing, delivery and the build, all went well.

Avoid at all costs
Absolute joke from placing an order right through to installation this Company are atrocious.
I’ve ended up with a steam cabinet without the DAB radio function advertised as that was only available on their 3rd generation model, apparently I have the 4th generation, I would have assumed a newer and better version that only has the antiquated FM radio, hardly an advancement.
My professional installers claimed this was the worse shower cabin they had ever assembled and took them much longer therefore costing me much more.
The internal lighting is patheticly dull.
It doesn’t even come with a remote control which my 18 year old unit did have. Therefore to turn on the shower you’ve got to reach in under the overhead shower and operate a valve soaking your arm in freezing cold water, which because the doors are open soaks the floor.
So badly designed and sold that I’ve had to instruct my lawyers and Trading standards to bring them to task.
Not impressed for nearly two grand

I purchased my Insignia shower in August 2021 and unfortunately I have not been fully satisfied with it since installation.
The built-in music feature is disappointing because even at the lowest volume setting it is still too loud, so it is difficult to actually enjoy listening to music while using the shower.
Another major issue is the design of the hair catcher in the drain. It is extremely difficult to remove hair from it, which makes cleaning and maintenance very frustrating. This is probably the most troublesome part of the shower for me.
I have also noticed that the rubber seals around the shower have turned yellow, and the essential oil pad outlet has also discoloured.
Overall, the shower looks nice but some of the design details make it inconvenient to use and maintain. I would at least hope the company could provide a better replacement for the hair catcher design.

Jamie White was excellent on the phone. He took my order well and spoke well about the product. He made sure delivery for my separate orders was synchronised. I had a great customer experience.

Products that Ive received form this…
Products that Ive received form this company have always been good. You do find a lot if the items they have online for sale are quite often out of stock. Showing available, call and check they have them. And then get an email or call saying they are out of stock after you have paid fir them. But of a pain in backside when Tring tocomplete a job. Customer service is always good though. Would be 5 stars if they had the products in stock that they say they have.

i was trying to order monsoon shower head SP333.
I eventually found the page but there was no way to place the order. there was no add to order or out of stock. also i ordered some replacement door rollers
but it took sometime to locate them. it is not an easy straight forward site
