Great product, prices & free shipping, no minimum.

I ordered some insoles, and they were the wrong size. They also seemed fake compared to my other insoles from the same shoe. After I told them the wrong size got delivered, they basically shrugged me off and ignored me.

Likely scam

Ordered some sketchers insoles right before the trump tariffs went into place. Not sure if that was the reason, but they got stuck in customs in NYC, still there as far as I know. After it had been stuck for a few weeks I emailed the vendor. And they promptly sent a replacement which arrived in about a week and a half. Insoles are perfect sketchers insoles.

First time ordering, was abit nervous because i saw the tracking was coming from China and didn't see any movement on the tracking site.

All in all, i got all what i ordered and in great condition, it took about two weeks so be patient and would order again if needed.

Great company- trustworthy and reliable! I purchased multiple pairs of HOKA insoles, and they were exactly as advertised. Everything arrived safely and in good condition. Now all my shoes have incredibly comfortable insoles!

The ultra boost insoles fit magically perfect

I enquired via email about two different products that I didn't think were obtainable. Now am able to resto mod my shoes. The representative searched his data base to get the right units for me

Great insoles. Received them after 3 weeks. Unfortunately, had to pay duties and VAT as I am from EU, but the quality was even better than the original Puma Comfort insoles I had before.

*UPDATE*
Seller responded. The delayed responses were due to Chinese New Year, understandable. Unfortunately the item I ordered was out of stock so the seller offered a refund. My refund was updated immediately. I am satisfied with the resolution. Changed my experience rating to 4 stars. The seller made things right.

My order is STILL not right. Now I am not getting a response from customer service. What gives?
1. I ordered a set of specific insoles 14 Jan 2025, the payment was taken and the order was confirmed.
2. 19 Jan 2025 I sent a message to their customer service email address because there was no update about shipping, which they responded to suddenly there was shipping info for m.17track.net (Chinese shipping agent). The tracking info was not in the agent system which i told customer service and suddenly the tracking info updated.
3. The package tracks to Chicago IL and then disappears completely. No US shipping agent identified
4. Package arrives 29 Jan 2025 via USPS and it's the wrong item!
5. I have reached out to customer service twice with no answer.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!

I ordered 2 pairs of the replacement insoles and couldn’t be more happier. Communication, customer service and the delivery was superior. Intact, I just ordered and pair of insoles for another pair of shoes. Thanks and keep up the great job! Thanks, Scott

The TPU insoles I received are excellent. They are the same brand as those in my Saucony shoes but they are a bit firmer and more bouncy, which is great. I think they are TPU but the original ones from my shoes are EVA. For me the TPU is better for running than the EVA and I'm using them in some other shoes too. Note if your shoes are not roomy and the original insole is thin then this insole might take up too much room. But Saucony shoes come with thick insoles.
InsolesGeek sent me a tracking number but that number never worked with the shipping company track website. I did think my order would not come, but they arrived 23 days after my order. (China to USA). I don't there is anything else like InsolesGeek for quality product at bargain prices and getting access to the kind of insoles that shoe makers use for expensive running shoes.

I have brought insoles many times form InsolesGeek.com, their insoles are comfortable better than original ones, and have tried to replace on my other shoes, it also fit well.

They sent me the insoles to Spain in the promised time and according to what was requested. Very good. But when I picked them up, I had to pay an extra cost of €734 at customs, when they previously stated 0 shipping costs for shipments over €30. I can not agree.

Me enviaron a España las plantillas en el tiempo prometido y de acuerdo a lo solicitado. Muy bien. Pero al recogerlas, he tenido que pagar un sobrecoste de 7€34 en la aduana, cuando ellos ponían previamente 0 gastos de envío por envios superiores a 30€. No puedo estar de acuerdo.

I just ordered and somehow it says that it will deliver to a different address. I hope this issue can be fixed otherwise i have no problem so far.
