Terrible misrepresentation of a product. I ordered a sweatshirt, and the color on the website and on Instagram was clearly and distinctly brown, but when I received the product, it was brick red. They claimed that "Color perception varies from person to person; the actual product serves as the standard, and the variation does not impact its wearability." Terrible excuse.
I ordered 4 tees. 1 tee recvd was an incorrect size from my original order .
After corresponding through their email we were able to get the correct size sent & keep the incorrect sized one. The Customer Service team was very apologetic.. Will order from them again!!
We love the tees!!!
I bought a bunch of shirts off them and the quality and fit was great. One shirt had a ink run so I emailed them back with a picture and they responded right away and they sent me a new one. To me that's amazing customer service, i've ordered shirts online before and there was an issue with it and I just got ignored. Very happy with the shirts and the service. It's refreshing to have a online company provide great service. Thank you , I will definitely shop at Inspriebygod again.
The shirts I ordered were very well made. I love the choices they offer and will definitely be ordering more. I reached out with a question and they responded very quickly. Nice company
