I’ve been a subscriber for 2-ish months. The food is good. The ingredients are mostly fresh and the greens are usually a better quality than the mixed greens you get at the grocery store. But, like another reviewer has said, customer service is horrible/non-existent. I have emailed I believe four times now about issues (all delivery related) and not once have I received a reply nor has the issue been remedied (they don’t print the address line 2 on their labels so the delivery people don’t see it).

Food wise, I’ve recommended them to other people. But now that I’ve had to try to contact customer service and received zero reply or solutions, I will no longer be doing that.

My very first dealings with this company was sadly awful! My order was delivered to the wrong address. Upon contacting customer service I was ghosted by the 1st representative (which you can only chat with online). The 2nd representative was able to locate my order but informed me that the delivery driver was no longer on the road and if I wanted my salads I would have to go and pick them up from the house they wrongly delivered them to. When I asked if she was serious she disconnected the chat.

We did try to retrieve them, but they were not at the wrong address anymore. I am still shocked that I was told to go and get them myself. This company should not even be in business with customer service like this.

Excellent fresh salads and other items. They mark common allergens on their products and list them on their website. As a person with severe allergies, I have never reacted negatively to their foods and have confidently recommended them to friends.
