Made the butter chicken recipe tonight. Directions are easy to follow and the resulting dish was excellent! We really enjoyed it. Will definitely purchase again.

I ordered 4 different packets and they arrived quickly. So far, I have only made the Bharta, but the instructions were easy to follow, and the dish was delicious! Perfect blend of spices and the eggplant texture was silky! Can’t wait to try the others!

I ordered the variety 12-pack and I'm super pleased already. I've made 3 dishes so far and felt the dishes were restaurant quality, authentic! My family loved them.

They were extremely easy to follow and prepare, but there is some prep work involved (ie, chopping garlic, onion, ginger, cilantro, chicken, etc.) but I wouldn't have it any other way because I love using all fresh ingredients.

I believe the recipes serve 4 and it is enough for our family of four as long as we have naan, samosas, and other things on the side. (Confession: I love more sauce than rice.)

My only negative is the price - a bit on the expensive side for me but I knew that going in and thus the reason for buying a variety pack - a bit of a savings when you purchase that way.

I love that each recipe comes with variations so if you don't like a specific ingredient there are options.

I think these packets will make excellent gifts for the foodies on your list.

Will buy again!! If you want authentic Indian food without extremely high prices of restaurants, this is for you!!

Tasty but could be stronger flavor. Doesn’t match a restaurant lamb curry sauce for flavor or thickness and richness.

Our whole family of three generations loves the Inspired Indian Cooking meals. We cook them monthly. The mix of very fresh spices makes the dishes better that I could make them myself. The meals have expanded our palate. There are two vegetarians and one vegan in our family and we can always substitute vegan protein when needed, and no matter what we substitute, the meals are great.

The spice blends are incredibly fresh and tasty - much better than anything you could buy at a store. Recipes are very easy to follow. Like preparing all Indian dishes, you need to invest some time but absolutely worth the effort. Absolutely delicious! I wish the prices were a bit lower but quality is outstanding. If you like Indian cuisine, you will not be disappointed.

We really enjoyed our Diwali meal from Inspired Indian Cooking. It was a true feast—every dish was delicious and although it was a lengthy cooking process (as with all multi-course meals!), the instructions were clear and easy to follow.
