Alan and Guilherme moved me today. Prompt arrival, great communication especially as I had to leave them to go to work. Text me with updates and picturs. Protected my belongings with necessary wraps/covers. Highly recommend.

I hired Instamove because of the excellent reviews I've seen in comparison to many others. Unfortunately I was extremely let down. At first, they seemed to be on the ball with getting things accomplished, however I didn't realise the lack of cautiousness they had with my belongings. They left my OLED tv out in the sun which now has a display problem, and did not cover it with proper care, and my glass dining table is completely unstable and will not stand properly. Moreover, they had quoted around 1400 for the move of most of my belongings which I found reasonable as there was quite a bit of furniture and we were using a large truck because the distance was around 30km away, but by end, including reassembling, it took them over 12 hours total costing me over 2 grand and they didnt even get to reassembling everything! It should NOT have taken 2 grown men to fix together a single tallboy more than 3 hours to put it together and it's still unfinished. There are scratches all over the walls in the BRAND NEW HOUSE from their lack of competence. I'm a single woman and I feel like I have been taken advantage of. I reported the damages to the company whom then said that TV damages are apparently not covered...?? I especially asked them for care with the TV as my car couldn't fit it. I'm truly very disappointed considering all the incredible reviews that this company was given that this was my moving experience.

The removalist team was excellent. Polite and efficient. Nothing was damaged and they were a happy crew doing their work.
The online estimator is not very accurate. We spent weeks routinely updating our inventory to reflect what we had to move. It estimated we needed 39cubic metres but the office rang at 4pm the day before the move to say we had 70 cubic metres and needed to pay for 2 trucks. In the end it was about 60 cubic metres so we did need an extra truck, or a bigger truck. We did get a discount but it made the move very expensive compared to the online estimate.

The booking experience was easy, although they did over estimate the size of the truck necessary.
The removalists, Eduardo and Genaro, arrived on time, worked quickly, carefully and efficiently to get the pack up done. The load was being stored in a storage facility, and with great skill and expertise the entire load was fitted into a small space. Will be calling these boys back when the next move is ready, and would highly recommend.

Great service from Felipe and Allan. Instamove was easy to work with, kept good level of communication.

Alan and Angelo were absolutely fantastic during my move. They helped me move out of my apartment, including carrying everything up and down multiple flights of stairs, and they did it with such professionalism and care. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they handled all of my belongings carefully and efficiently. On top of that they were genuinely lovely people- friendly, positive and made what is usually a stressful day feel easy and well organised. Their teamwork and attitude really stood out. I would highly recommend Alan and Angelo to anyone needing reliable and hardworking removalist. They went above and beyond and made the whole moving process smooth and stress free. Amazing! Bruno and Lucas moved my 1 bedroom from Greystanes to Marrickville so efficiently and fast. They were so friendly, this was my first time using any sort of removalist and I know I'll be using insta move again for any other moves! Thanks Bruno ad lucas

Turned up on time and SO incredibly fast!!! Every other removalist I’ve used takes their sweet sweet time. Moved out of a house into an apartment and they made it look effortless! Will use again in the future 100%

We honestly couldn’t be happier with Instamove and the amazing team of Sam, Emen & Milan. From the moment they arrived, they were incredibly polite, friendly, and straight into action. These guys worked so fast while still taking great care of all our furniture and belongings, nothing was too much trouble for them.

They were professional from start to finish, communicated clearly, and made what is usually a stressful day feel completely smooth and easy. It was impressive to watch how efficiently they worked while still being so respectful and positive the whole time.

We decided to use this company due to their great reviews, unfortunately our experience was completely a disappointment to say the least. We believe our drivers were sub contractors. Dirty truck with no signage. Yes they were prompt and friendly but rough as guts. My furniture was damaged with deep scratches in my new dinning suite, indoor fake palm plant broken at base, leather couch deep scratches and dirty hand prints, lamp scrap scratches and even my cake cooler that was packed in a box was buckled. I notice some damage before they left and they took $180 off but the damage exceeds over $1000. If you use this company make sure you don’t accept sub contractors. Very disappointed and angry with these young men.

Luis and Nacho from Instamove made moving house a breeze. They were organised, well prepared and careful while still getting the job done quickly. The admin team were also excellent, dealing with date and time changes with no issues and lots of updates on move day itself. Would recommend highly.

I was really impressed by this company from start to finish. At every point from booking, to leading up to the move, to moving day, they were working with me to ensure I was minimising costs by being transparent and helpful. I was moved by Julien and Matias and I thought they were fantastic. Particularly Julien who clearly has a lot of experience and took the lead in ensuring my items and new flooring wasn't damaged. Both guys had a lot of hustle from start to end. It was really impressive and the despite having to do two trips in the end (my fault for not sending pics of my items) the end amount landed just about what they initially quoted. I would absolutely recommend and would use their services again in future.
