I recently purchased a bag which was sourced promptly and pictures were sent before purchasing. Item was sent promptly and all original packaging was included. The only things that I was not 100% happy over was the communication, I asked specific questions about tracking, can original packaging be included etc however until I expressed my dissatisfaction was only then I received some answers to my questions.

Ordered my gucci shoes, received a phone call and message the next day saying they could only source a half size smaller but was advised to go down half a size, arrived at my door 5 days later.
