Mr. James Shang made my experience so easy !!! He answered every question/concern I had. I could not be happier with my tent and table cover !!! Now my business info is on display for all to see !! The convenience of the roller bag is a must for my 13x20 . Material durable, color vibrate, info legible. I highly recommend this company. As a matter of fact, I gave another business owner the company’s website when they saw my tent at a recent event we were both participating in. I am planning on ordering a smaller one in the very near future !!!

Awesome Customer Service

Dislike their logo (brightly colored) patch they add to the front and back AFTER proofs are signed off!

Y'all keep asking for reviews and I keep telling you, you are not priced competitively. The canopy and the frame (which is required) are sold separately yet marketed as a package. The width of the legs of the frame does not accommodate weights easily (unless purchased from IP, of course). Neither the frame nor canopy come with a case. Please stop asking me to review you. The stars will continue to go down.

Your original quote included a frame, but during the selection process you chose the “no frame” option—which also includes a note clarifying that we can’t guarantee fit with other brands, and recommending our frames for best results. It’s something many customers do when they already own one of our frames, but we understand how that step could be overlooked or misunderstood.
As for the weights, the heavy-duty frame you later purchased features a wider leg profile—part of its added strength—which can limit compatibility with generic accessories. It’s a trade-off that supports durability, but we understand your concerns. We’ll continue working on making all of this as clear as possible upfront, and we appreciate your honest feedback.

I had to order replacement parts for my tent. Customer service rep was nice and parts were delivered quickly. I would recommend adding more pictures and a more detailed description to the replacements parts. Overall great company.

The tent is beautiful. The materials are high quality. It came out just as designed. The only thing I wonder is the best way to keep the white material clean should it get dirty.

To keep the white material looking its best, spot cleaning with mild soap and water usually does the trick—and the canopy fabric is machine washable as well for a deeper clean. Let us know if you ever need care instructions or support!

The order was done in a professional manner. I received the product that I ordered, the tent was more than what I expected. They provided me with exactly what I ordered. The quality of the work was more than I expected. The tent and the frame were made of the best quality of materials. It was easy to put up and take down. We I used the tent for the first time, the weather was windy and rainy and it stood up to the elements.
