Product is high quality, shame they are a horrific fit for anyone who doesnt have the body of a 13 year old girl. Terrible customer service. Would avoid. Far better options on the market.

I would say the sizing label is quite accurate, but I do find the suit a tiny bit short, which is strange because I have a very short torso. So I usually don't have that issue. When I first tried it on I thought it might be a little tight too, but it's actually perfect when worn in the pool.

Will definitely order another suit from Instant Swim!

My experience with the customer service was unfortunately very disappointing. It took multiple attempts to get in touch and have my concerns properly addressed. Throughout the process, I felt there was a significant level of distrust, with the focus appearing to be on finding reasons why the issues could not be attributed to the products rather than on resolving the complaint.

Two of the three items I ordered had quality issues. Despite providing photos taken shortly after delivery, I was initially told that the defects on the swimsuit were likely caused by contact with another surface. This explanation did not make sense given the condition of the item upon arrival.

After a lengthy back and forth, I was eventually allowed to return the products. Surprisingly, once the return had been received, I was refunded without any further discussion, despite having previously been told that a refund would not be possible.

What disappointed me most was the complete lack of communication afterwards. There was no explanation, no acknowledgement that my concerns may have been valid, and not even a simple apology or confirmation message.

Mistakes can happen with any brand. What matters is how they are handled. In this case, both the product quality and the customer service fell well below my expectations.

Three swimsuits in and I won’t be stopping there. Just so spoilt for choice. The girls at instant swim couldn’t have been more helpful. The sizing is pretty much on par with other big brand swimwear. Fell in love at first sight and wasn’t disappointed when I finally ordered.

I am very disappointed with this experience.

I am confident that I ordered a size Small, but received an XS that I cannot wear. The company insists that XS was selected in the order, while I am equally certain that I chose S. Since neither side can prove what happened, I expected at least some willingness to help.

As an international customer, I already paid for shipping and now I am expected to pay return shipping as well. I asked for an exchange or a prepaid return label, but was refused.

The swimsuit arrived in good condition, but the customer service was disappointing and I felt that all responsibility was placed on me. I believe other international customers should be aware of this before ordering.

Having larger breasts, I returned the large for extra large size (even as a size 8/10) and it fits beautifully. Customer service was prompt, helpful and seamless. The product fits beautifully, incredible quality, dries quickly after rinsing and always receives compliments. I love supporting small business as I know what it takes to build an online empire and I hope that Instant Swim only continues to grow and expand. Fabulous service and a sensational product.

Absolutely love my Instant Swim suit! The fabric feels amazing, really soft, comfortable and high quality, while still giving great support. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the fit and materials & I've had so many compliments every time I've worn it.

I had to return the swimsuit sadly - I loved the quality and material, fit really nicely on my body EXCEPT the sides by my waist. I am a 10/12 and went for a Large which was good on my hips but just gaped so bad at my waist :(

Such a shame. I tried to contact their Instagram page and they gave me an email to discuss sizes as I’m desperate to work out how to fix the issue :( was it because I’d ordered a tall or do I need to go down a size? I just don’t want it too tight on my hips.

I’ve followed the brand for ages and finally decided to treat myself but I’m so disappointed!
I’m a uk 10/12 so initially ordered a Large in line with this on their size guide and everything was very tight. I reached out to their customer service to see if they would stretch with wear and wasn’t given much advice as I didn’t have full body measurements to hand, but was told they didn’t loosen much in water, and to double check the size guide. I re measured and double checked, and saw I was a size up, so I exchanged for a size up which seemed much better when I tried it on. However as soon as it was wet it hugely loosened and in parts became baggy and isn’t functional as a proper costume for training. I again reached out to raise my concern that I asked that specific question (would it loosen with wear?) and was told it would only slightly loosen, when in fact it has loosened a lot immediately. I was then told that they are designed to be tight when dry and relax once wet - which would have been super helpful to know when I asked the initial question!
Similarly to what others gave experienced I have been refused any refund/compensation and instead told that they didn’t tell me to exchange it so it isn’t their fault and as it’s worn I can’t return it.

I’m super disappointed, both with the products which fit oddly but also the terrible customer service. I get that you can’t return used items with no issue, but when sizing advice has specifically led to the problem, I would expect some acknowledgement from the company. I won’t be purchasing anything further, however nice they look online.

I had also ordered other styles which didn’t fit right and were tight on the bottom but loose on the top, so I think the fit is quite specific to a certain body shape. It’s also the only brand I have ever had an issue with for torso length despite being short!

I love the colours especially the mocha! The texture is gorgeous and it washes really well.

I feel sad having to publish this but I have expressed my concerns with the swim coaches. The swim club is fantastic the coaches are great however as a swimmer it can feel as if we are just there to be in the back of the swimsuit content making and its not very nice.

I have also tried a suit and the chlorine ends up affecting it quite a bit and the customer service just feels quite bad. It doesn't actually feel like it is 'for swimmers'

Refusing to allow a refund even though they don’t offer alternative sizing. Even if I could return, they’d charging me for both delivery and return postage. Their customer service couldn’t be less helpful. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Their customer service is really disappointing. Bought my third pair of swimmers with them as a return, loyal customer, I asked for a partial refund as I bought swimsuits that went on sale just days later and I only received my items on the last day of sale. They basically said just return the items, buy them again, so another 2 weeks shipping, losing money on shipping to return them and more resources to pack again, ship, repack and return. So much for a sustainable company. Won’t return.
