I ordered my usual size which was too small so I wanted to exchange it and I fully intended to, until I saw the costs of returns! Cost of returning the swimsuit was about 30% of the original price and I live in the Netherlands... If I were to return it myself it would cost me a fraction but you do not get that option. Ridiculous, safe to say I will not risk trying another swimsuit with those prices

I've ordered the Karma swimsuit in the size S regular, and it was too tight, so I had to replace it for a size M, That one turned out to be too large in the chest area. After my first swim I could say that is very comfortable and soft but it is not fitting well. It seems one size too large for me, which is a shame since I have replaced it which was in the end too expensive. Overall the swimsuit is nice, but you should be careful about the measures. I've contacted the customer service and they responded promptly but since I live in Europe it was too costly for me to exchange it and in the end it didn't fit.

I was tempted to try this brand and eventually bought a new piece with tags and everything on Vinted for half the price (the Karma swimsuit). I love the fit but as a former competitive swimmer I would only use it for very very light practise - I bought one size smaller than I should have so it fits very tight and yet it does not hold in place when swimming. But like for very chilled holiday swimming it can be used and as it only cost me 40€ I think it’s fair, would not pay the full price thought. Lets see how long the swimsuit lasts!

Nice swimwear however terrible quality. Had my togs for 2 months before I could no longer wear them due to elastic in groin and breast area loosening. Only
worn max twice per week. Poor assistance with response to this and advised I should be rotating swimwear (I paid a ridiculous price for these compared to other swimmers I have bought and only worn twice per week so rotating means I can weae them once per week??). Also told they could not replace or refund as they were purchased more than 3 months ago (untrue - which I pointed out, was less than 3 months from purchase to my email- also note I am in Australia so did not get my togs.on day of purchase). Save your money and purchase other swimwear that last with respectable customer service and consumer guarantee.

I am so impressed by this brand! I swam competitively for roughly 10 years and never loved a suit as much as this one. The fabric is so smooth, and the fit is nice and snug - I feel perfectly sucked in. I got the Karma Onepiece in Ferrari. The red is so fun. Size medium is great. I hope Instant Swim continues to shine because I will definitely repurchase from them! I love to see girls winning. 100% worth the price.

Daughter purchased pink costume for pool training. Only used a few times and colour has faded and run. Very disappointed as it cost a lot of money. Initially I was informed there was nothing I could do, but it was looked into by the instagram customer support, who was very helpful and ordered a replacement in a different colour. I was very impressed with the help I received.

Poor quality and expensive returns

Poor fit and expensive as they don’t refund postage and you have to pay for returns - they say for swimmers but I am a swimmer and I could not swim LD in that!

I am extremely disappointed by the lies of this company. On their website it is mentioned that EU custom taxes are being covered and the Customer Service also confirmed this to me via email. However, when I received my order, I was requested to pay 20 euros of Custom Taxes.

Not suitable for training only for fashion by the poolside.

I ordered the Karma Onepiece and have been using it for a good 6 months now. It's my favourite swimming costume and I've been in the pool a lot training for my next Ironman race. Thinking of getting a new one in a different colour too.

I’m 5’4.5”/110 lbs and a 28 regular in TYR suits, and they fit very tight - but is what I need for training. The 28 regular in this brand was much more comfortable and even has a little more fabric in the waste, which had me concerned that it would create drag while swimming laps. I was pleased to find that I found a suit that not only is comfortable and doesn’t dig into your shoulders, but also is a great training suit (and is the best looking suit I have by far!). I May size down for my next purchase (please come back out with the navy/light blue or gray/light pink color way!!) just to see if it is still comfortable as I’d like to have less fabric in the waste. Can’t wait to buy again!!
