They took my money and it’s been over 2months and I still have yet to receive my order. I have reached out multiple times thru email because I can’t find any other contact info for them and receive bs excuses and they say my order is processing and I will receive an email with tracking number. So I finally asked for a refund and still nothing! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

If i could leave no stars i would. This company is a fraud i ordered tint from them about a month ago and have tried to contact them through email and when i reply it kicks it back saying address not found. I havent reveived my order or any update since i placed the order. I have requested a refund since the order hasnt been shipped and the declined it but on the website it shows 30 day money back guarantee. Please dont order from instatint.

I ordered from this fake company on January 29th and it now March 6th and no product shipped. I'm about 25 emails in and still getting a run around and have to call my credit card to dispute the charges. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

They never sent even they said they produce it . Never gets back to me and I had to dispute the charges . They wait you to go over 3 months to not dispute .

Not only did it arrive 3 weeks late, it also didn’t come cut correctly. I contacted customer service and no response. This company is complete and utter rubbish. You can’t even see through the tint and it scratches soooo easy. Please read ACTUAL reviews for this product and not the bs they put on their website.

Probably a scam business! I ordered a set months ago and reached out twice about the progress of my order. I received quick responses but no useful information. They took my money but no product. Beware!!!!!

Update 4/19/25

My order was finally received about a week ago so I cannot say the company is a scam. I have unpacked it and have tried installing one window for now. The window pieces come on a couple of large sheets that are scored to the shape of your cars windows. Popping them out of the large sheets were easy and depending on your car, getting them in position should not be too difficult. The included 3M tape is what is used to secure the cutouts to the window glass. I'm surprised so far, how well they work, but time will tell.
The only thing I have to say for this company is that they seem to require a longer than average wait time for their product to arrive.
If you are waiting for your tints to arrive, all I gotta say is, be patient.

Zero stars. 1 Million percent an absolute scam. Con artist company running s fly by nights rip off business. DO NOT ORDER. Under ANY circumstances!! Currently drawing up papers with our legal team. Filing AG complaint alongside.

Placed my order over 2 months ago and was ok with the 2-3 week mark
1 month past and i requested a refund due to no update on my order and I had already gotten my car professionally tinted at this point
I have been constantly emailing requesting a refund and my order being cancelled as it seems it hasn’t been processed yet and every time I receive an email back (a week later) I get no help and no refund!!
Actual dog shit customer service
Doesn’t help that the actual product seems to be garbage too based on other reviews

Ordered my tints on January 25th, the current date is February 26th. 31 days after purchase and they still haven’t shipped my order, I’ve emailed on multiple occasions but the only reply I get
“Thank you for reaching out! Your order has been received and we are working on getting it shipped out.. We will email you a confirmation once it ships and that will include tracking information as well.” Which makes me think it’s automated. I don’t think I’ll ever get these tints they are a fraud company do not purchase.

Gives you the runaround for 3 months and refuses refunds due to already shipped. 30 day gurantee policy is there guarantee to your money not for you to get the product. Inquired on day 32 and was told it was shipped revieved 2 months later with 3 day shipping label. Product came prescratched and poorly packaged. Then it wasn't even cut to fit correctly. I put this product where it belongs, the trash
They also make a bunch of fake reviews to try and help there score because they're all anonymous users with no verification

I had placed an order through this unorganized business. I was reassured my order would arrive within three weeks by email. I had checked the USPS tracking number where it showed delivered, but I have never received the package. I had tried reaching them by the telephone number on their website to no avail it does reach this so called business. I have requested and reported this merchant to the BBB along with a complaint of fraud. You should avoid them. It’s unprofessional business practice to have no way to communicate with customers by phone.

If I could less than one star, I would. Been waiting for three months, contacted customer service several times. They keep saying they’re on the way and attach a tracking number. Tracking information just days label has been made but not shipped. Stay away.

The tint came bubbled up, scratches everywhere, and on top of that was the wrong size for my car. I never got a replacement or refund big scammer do not trust this worst customer service ever,

I would give them a zero if I could. Quality is awful and they don’t offer any customer service. Use a reputable local service for tinting

1 star is too many it’s a scam I have 20 emails back and forth asking for tracking,order numbers because they never sent confirmation email after purchase ,refund or expedite the product a giant run around with no results 3 months 150.00 down the last email called me Jesica( my name is myles) with a wrong order number 10,000 away from my actual order number and said they had been delivered I emailed back 2x and asked for a refund for the 5th time and got no response it’s a scam 100% they have a sponsored add that comes up before reviews from actual people shit company scam artists do not buy

I feel one star might actually too many. Ordered from their website in April, paid through Shop.com. Never received an order confirmation so I emailed several times over several weeks, hoping to get some kind of receipt or confirmation. After almost 3 months, I received a random email saying the company was changing hands, and that the new management was aware of a months-long backlog and begged for patience while they got through the orders. I emailed back, thanked them for their transparency, and asked I could get an order confirmation and a timeline on the product since I wanted them for a trip I had coming up. I was assured the tints were cut and awaiting shipping. Still no confirmation email, I emailed again stating if they weren't going to ship in time that I'd like my money back. Three weeks later upon returning home, I still had no package, no tints, and no refund. Three emails and six months later I still have not heard back from them. Garbage company but of course they're still peddling their videos on Insta.

Everything has been terrible dealing with this company. The tint is terrible. Does not stay on and the double sided tape, which was not advertised, is trash. I still haven’t received everything I ordered and I don’t want it. Buyer beware!

Ordered in December, and saw on the site "2-3 weeks" for delivery. It is now February 12th, and all I keep being told is "We are working hard to get your order shipped out", or "We're working diligently to get it shipped out to you as quickly as possible". All communication emails seem to be a copy and paste type format, and never provide any actual order status. When I asked to cancel the order, I was told "I will not be able to cancel/refund or edit it at this time as I see it has already been process. We process orders immediately after the order is placed to avoid delivery delays as we have the best delivery time among our competitors." ...well, that is funny, because if that is the case, I should have had the product a long time ago. Pretty sure it is a scam.

Absolutely the worst purchase I've made! Not only did the tints not fit, but the effort I put into trying to get them to fit, actually started to peel off the legit permanent tint I had installed. So now not only am I out $110 for shitty tints, the permanent tint I have left on my car is peeling off too!
These tints are flimsy, don't fit well, they reflect the light from the windshield to the point it's unsafe & you can't see out of them Also, they'll get sucked out of your window on the freeway!
I emailed customer service a few days after trying to install these tints, and they told me that I wasn't eligible for a refund because I had opened the box the tints came in therefore voiding my refund? So then I asked if I could get replacement tints, which weren't going do me any good because the original ones didn't fit anyway, & they've been placating me saying that they're sending new tints in the mail, which never show up, nor do I ever receive tracking info for. I've emailed customer service at least 20 times and they've done absolutely nothing except lie to me & this has been going on since October. Not only have they denied me a refund, and not honored their own warranty that's printed in black & white on their own website, but a month after purchasing the original tints they randomly tried to charge my credit card for $30. I contacted customer service and nobody ever acknowledged it like WTF!?!
This company is a total scam & I'm currently filing complaints with the state Attorney General, and the Better Business Bureau. At this point, I just hope somebody reads this and realizes that this company is a total fraud and they'll take your money and try to charge your card and you'll get nothing but a headache in return.

They took the money from my bank. I never received a confirmation email about the order. I tried contacting them via email and the phone number my bank gave me to try, and absolutely no luck. Ended up charging back.
