The concierge service was very simple. I got quick responses and even though my product is not available locally, it showed up on my door in two days like it would have anyway!

We had given up. We canceled our Amazon product subscription after months of out of stock notifications. Checking big box websites for local availability was a dead end. Putting on a mask and waiting in line to find an empty shelf and drive home empty handed was expected. For months we just lived with it. Our first time using In Stock we found exactly what we wanted, with same day delivery, sourced from local options!

Found exactly what I needed at my local Target through In-stock even when the Target app claimed it was “out of stock” at my local Target! I was shocked. I was also happily surprised when my shipment came the same day I placed my order. I will definitely shop via In-stock every chance I get!

In stock has been a great service for us. There are times that I need something right away, and I can’t wait for amazon. As an extremely covid19 cautious household, we don’t go into stores or grocery stores at all. We depend on services that deliver, and in stock has been amazing. It’s convenient, reliable, and so helpful.

Ordered a few items that I couldn't get fast enough from Amazon and didn't have time to head to the store for myself, and they showed up without any trouble the next day in plenty of time for when I needed them. Great service, totally reasonable pricing, and no crazy notifications on my phone afterwards like some other tools -- a phenomenal experience overall!

I found out about in stock through a Facebook group. I was skeptical at first, but now I've used In Stock several times, and the service has been excellent. They've delivered me everything from Lysol wipes(!!!), to toys from my favorite local store, and toothpaste that I was too busy to go buy myself. On some occasions it got here in less than 12 hours, and I didn't have to pay a crazy markup like other delivery services. Would recommend! I only wish I could find items from all my local stores on in stock!
