Had my conservatory roof replaced back in April, didn’t review it then as I had no idea what it was going to be like. Now having seen it in all weather (except snow) it has made an immense difference, doing exactly what has been claimed. Conservatory now a great living space.

Very competitive quote. Swift and efficient service. Very tidy job. Extremely satisfied with the result.

Vaughn called to quote us for replacing our pollycarbonate conservatory roof with an insulated one.
The roof had lasted us 25 years and it needed replacing.
He showed us the product and explained it's insulation properties and how it would be fitted together.
The price he quoted was much lower than another companies quotation so we paid him a deposit.
A few days later a workman came to survey the job and took measurements.
Then about four weeks later the roof panels arrived and a date was agreed for fitting them.
The conservatory is quite large but the work was completed in one day.
The following day I did a small amount of redecoration and we now have a really nice conservatory.
We are very pleased with the high standard of the finished job which was carried out efficiently.

Everything was done in a professional and friendly manner. E mails were replied to promptly and I was kept well informed throughout the process. The work was done well and everything left clean and tidy. The product has lived up to all expectations (and as a bonus, we no longer have thunderous rain noises during downpours!)

At first I was very pleased with the new roof, then there was a problem with a small gap appearing on both sides where the roof meets the conservatory.
Vaughn was very quick to come and remedy it, however the gaps started to appear again but much bigger, Vaughn come out again, he stated he had not seen this happen this bad before, he would get Nigel the structional engineer to look at it. Nigel texted me and agreed to come on a Tuesday afternoon, then he cancelled because a job had overrun, he then arranged for Sunday morning at 9 am, then cancelled because of the weather, then re-arranged for Tuesday the 18th July.
This he has now cancelled as he said he is taking his daughter into hospital. “ I hope she gets better soon”
I will keep you informed if the roof gets repaired.

Outstanding from start to finish. Vaughn was great organising and keeping us informed. The team arrived on Sat morning an 6 hours later we had a new conservatory roof. No mess left. Courteous. Polite. Even cleaned our old conservatory structure. It looks absolutely brilliant. Love the new roof.

Apart from an installation delay caused by Covid , the whole experience has been a pleasure. No problems , no pressure, and total satisfaction. The product has reduced rain noise, reduced heat loss, and despite my concern actually made the conservatory brighter. The whole appearance both internally and externally is much improved. The installation was completed without fuss in one day and to a high standard. I would definately recommend this company,

Very pleased with the service provided by Vaughn and his team at Insu-Pak from start to finish. Instant quote on first visit and no hard sell. All work completed as explained and scheduled. New roof installed in one day on a large conservatory. Site left clean and all old roofing and waste removed on time. Really good job completed.

Not in the slightest Happy. New roof put on and seal started to split away within months. Contacted Vaughan. Fair play. Came out and sealed it. The seal has now split again both ends if the conservatory. I'm not impressed and await a reply from Vaughan

We had our polycarbonate conservatory roof replaced by Nigel and Vaughan, the new roof is excellent and the conservatory is already proving to be so much more warmer than before. We were fortunate to have a clear day when the fitting took place, however towards the end of the day we had torrential rain and the fit could not be finished that day. Unfortunately over night we had a slight leak, Nigel was able to identify the problem and sorted it out. We have had some really heavy rain and there have been no issues.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering a roof replacement.
Professional company and pleasant people to deal with.

The panels are brilliant! They look great from both inside the conservatory and out and although not yet tested in the full blaze of summer, we felt warmer in the autumn. Vaughn has been great in keeping us in touch with progress and the installation process was quick and efficient - clearing up carefully afterwards. I shouldn't forget to say the value for money compared to some other approaches was outstanding.

Firstly, I was impressed with the punctuality the team arrived on the agreed date and time.

The quality of the workmanship was exceptional the men polite helpful and very tidy clearing any mess as the went along.

I am pleased with the product it already made an improvement to the sound insulation, I cannot comment on the heat element as it has been neither very hot or very cold since the roof was replaced.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the product or company to anyone.

I am very pleased with my new conservatory roof. It was a good price and the two lads who fitted it were friendly and extremely efficient. All was left clean and tidy, the whole job was done in just a few hours and on a ridiculously hot day. I could feel the cooler temperature benefits immediately and it has improved the whole appearance of my conservatory.
